8M flash and 24M RAM and loaded the Enterprise Plus 12.1(3) IOS. Now it tells me
"INSUFFICIENT MEMORY TO BOOT THE IMAGE!. Can someone direct me to the procedure

It looks like when the incoming caller id is received at the 3620 it wants
to try to callback the 803. I removed the keyword "callback" from the line
"dialer caller 11 callback" and the config works after this.

The map-class names are case sensitive I think, so check the capital letter
mismatch.

While I agree that such an arbitrary distinction has the potential to be
abused, this person is likely looking (hoping) for some heightened level of
assurance that candidates will have many, many years of experience. I don't
know enough CCIEs to comment on the validity of such an assumption regar
to a shorter range than Cisco.
In short both appear to be good enterprise products. You can also get third
party billing packages that work with the Avaya line. This is a big selling
point on the Cisco web site that makes you think that no one else has it.

Just in case something strange in the config is blocking the console port
or changing the speed or something else somehow.
The 0x2142 configuration register will prevent the router from loading the
configuration file.
