The OBS packages are having problems because Ubuntu 22.04 lacks the required dependencies to compile darktable 4.4 (in particular, gcc12). As there is a single maintainer, and he doesn't use Debian/Ubuntu in "normal life", it could take a while or could be solved tomorrow, there is no ETA currently
