hi
what is your idea about Swing Render kit?
benefits may include:
1) same programming model for both desktop and web
2) ability to test programs much faster on desktop outside of web container

ly, we're a 'commit then review'
project, and documentation is unlikely to be controversial.
If you think it needs to be done but don't have time right now, open a
JIRA issue and maybe someone else will pick it up.

started with a tag base way until we reached the spring based solution
we have now.
So, thats why it's still here.
We will see what the future brings.

support a mixed
case, where you *can* start a conversation using a request parameter. That
turned out to be useful when you wanted a popup dialog to have its own
context, independent of the one for the parent window or frame. The docs[1]
are reasonably up to date, plus there are some sample and test apps for both
dialog implementations.
Thanks alot!

I think this is a bad idea for following reasons:1) it is against the spec behaviour2) since in JSF 1.1 navigation outcomes are string it is completely possible for a programmer to have a syntax error in out comes
3) this make confusion between page names and outcomes (navigation events)4) I think
