Eterm does not support utf-8 (yet) which i assume you are using on your
system. See 'man Eterm' quite at the end
If this is the case, you could use urxvt, a rxvt fork that supports

also supports most of Eterms features...
what is (u)rxvt? and in what way can I use it?

Hello, is there a reliable way do unactivate the printscreen of Eterm. The
printscreen key is very close of the DEL key on my laptop so that I often find
prints of my session in the network printer of my lab :-/
As I can't change the size of my fingers, I tried a 'Eterm --print-pipe dumb '

Yep Thanks for the bind solution, I had missed this entry in the man page ... The
exact purpose was to unactivate the PrintKey and bind the print action to
CTRL+PrintKey. Should be done with bind option.
Thanks.

I seem to be specialising in asking simple questions this week :(
When I select a some text in an Eterm window, how do I copy it to the

Hi list,
Is ist possible to tell Eterm to take over control over the scrollback
buffer? A program I use frequently is actually taking over the
scrollback buffer (tiny fugue) and doesn't give me the possibility to
scroll back (to my knowledge).
I checked the manpage and didn't get an answer out of

Hello all,
Does anyone on this list support Eterm on cygwin?
I'm having trouble with Eterm on cygwin. Everything builds fine
(although I'm having trouble getting imlib2 to find loaders or Eterm for
that matter), but it never gives me a prompt. When I start Eterm, it
just sits there. I tried
