(might be the hosts file need to double check) on your exchange server.
That would mis-direct all email sent to that domain to whatever bogus IP address

I applied that patch the day it came out to my OWA server, Nt 4.0 sp6a Exch 5.5 sp 4 IE 6. Have not had the session timeout problem you mentioned. Just tested with 5 minutes of inactivity.

They should use the desktop redirector for the blackberry instead of rules - gives much more flexibility.
Note the desktop doesn't work with office XP.
