It doesn't on mine either, but at very least you won't have the same
PATH environment variable, even though you have the privileges. On of

I've decided to build an Athlon system. I understand that the Athlon comes
in 2 versions which fit a Slot A and a Socket A board. If it is true, what
is the difference between them?

how do you setup a second user to have the same access as root
a user that will be able to change root password.
In novell that is one of the first things we were taught was to have 2 admin
accounts so you wont get locked out of your system.

Hi!
Something similar happened to me, first with a cpqarray RAID card (in a Compaq

In both cases the installation detected the card or let me specify it being

I tried the RPM route, but the dependicies seem to be endless. Thus I am taking

I put the archive in $HOME/gcc. Then I unpacked and extracted it in the same.

Normally you shouldn't have a problem. Seeing that the Celeron has a 66 MHz
FSB (front side bus) you need to make sure that you have a m/b chip set that
can handle 100 MHz. (Quite abundant at the time that the Celeron 300A was a
hot item.)
