Typically there should be three pin jumper out of which you have to
short two pins while switching on the machine to reset bios and erase
password. But as you say there are no jumpers I'd say though luck.

booting the server, it has asked to run fsck on home partition. While
running e2fsck it is giving a error
If you were running ext3 partition then you can (most of the time)
safely ignore e2fsck message and continue.
