I have a set of ToDos for census searches including the soon to be available
1940 US. Because my Scandiavians have confirmation class about age 16, I have a
ToDo list for that. Also future British censuses as they open up. Anything that

I've been doing a variation of what you do and I got hung up on the same
issues. It seems strange to look for an unmarried adult under his/her
parents' MRIN to find hard copies of documents and photos.
The idea of moving the files when a child marries makes sense if one is
using the MRIN
Use the built-in Windows compressed files and folders to extract the
files. Make sure you have it set to restore the file's paths so the
files will be in the same folders on the new computer as they were on
the original machine.

What are you doing precisely? You can not split screens if you have a
notes screen (or any other) open. Once a secondary screen has focus, you
