I see this happen on rare occasion and it's not something readily repeatable.
For those of you who experience it, I wouldn't worry about it. It's
really hard for the programmers to troubleshoot something like this -

I did just re-submit a suggestion on this item. Wish I had copied it for
posterity, because there is no way to look up a suggestion. But here's what I

format dates with 4 digits for the year. Highlight or select the entire
