Do you have a birth certificate? Which county does that show?
Even if he was born on a military base, I would think a birth certificate
would be recorded in the county or state of birth.

Did you select Notes under the Event Options button on the Include tab of
Report Options?
It sounds like you're using List rather than Sentence. You need to select
the Sentence option on the Format tab under the Event Narrative
Formatting button.
