I went ahead and installed heavier wiring and the
relay kit so that I can run the 100/130 Narva H4 bulbs.
I did the same kind of thing on the 450 SL. Called 'em Deerslayers.
Not too expensive, the Hela lamps were the big part. Got the
100W bulbs at NAPA, ask for motorcycle bulbs.

Wilton and I also commented on that; both pin striping colors match the
interior colors (maroon for Wilton, blue for me). Mine is in pretty
shabby shape, and I'm tempted to try to remove it but would probably not
be too happy with the end result.

Could he install old filter cover, torque to factory specification using

I always heat the paintwork and metal up a bit with a hairdryer before
applying touch up paint with a tooth pick. I find when warm, the paint
spreads out nice into the chip, rather than a glob. Mind you, don't get it
too hot, or it will dry on contract, and you're be back to a glob again.

Likely a 280E since the top of 1st gear mark is at 34+mph. Second, that
style of headlight was not in the low end models which eliminates the
4-cylinder model.
Had both styles of 123 Euro lights and know the difference on sight.
