"Content" column in the Article_Attachment table needs to be encoded in

The Zlib uncompress error happens on CentOS and RHEL.
It happens because Scalar::Util doesn't have the XS extension on these

Neither myself or root show up under User Management in the Admin-Area.
However, the users show up in Users <-> Groups Management.

What script is that you're supposed to run in /opt/otrs/scripts?
My OTRS installation is on a Fedora 3 system with a MySQL database.
