You've installed all required modules; you should be good.
Please re-check your Core::Sendmail configuration in sysconfig.

For this just go into the Framework -> Core::Sendmail and select the SMTPS
from the drop down list under the option. Give SendmailModule::Host:

Now I have another problem. That worked perfectly, like it should have, but
now I can't get OTRS to authenticate to Active Directory. It was working
perfectly yesterday. Everything was working the way it should have (users
were authenticating, emails were being sent as notifications, etc). Coul

You should use SMTPS to communicate with Google's SMTP servers. If you
don't see that option in Core::Sendmail, please check if all needed
Perl modules are installed.
