I live in Australia and want some advice re flash
for the above camera.
The three brands that seem to be here are Sigma
Sunpak and pentax.
But I am not sure what the pros and cons of each
flash from these manafacturers are.

I just had the "low battery" indicator start to appear on my Z-1p. How many
frames/rolls do you normally get out of it when this indicator appears before it
dies totally? I rarely use flash, BTW.

My friend has an Elan 7 and only the top and around
the lens mount is covered with a very thin metal
layer. The camera feels solid (much more than the
N N80) although the lens that comes with the kit
looks crappy.

hand grinder. Doing it with a hand file would be a LOT of work. The

Charge people 1.5 * the normal price to develop digital instead of film
prints.
Zero cost for manufacturing, shipping, storing film.
Make 33% more by not selling film.
Most people that don't have home darkrooms still want a film camera in
Speaking of film. I suggest that everyone read the PMA daily report
(for Tuesday) on the PMA home page. Although everyone realizes that digital
IS the wave of the future their report found out that film sales actually
ROSE last year by eleven percent.

The one product digital CANNOT give you is first generation slides, and
every now and then I love to run a few rolls of slide film through my
cameras. There will always be a film camera in my arsenal.
