I've been having trouble with AD for the past 14 months after having a SP cath put in. The first few days after the catheter is changed, AD occurs every 10 minutes or so. Transferring in and out of my chair also sets it off. When getting dressed, any contact to the groin area also sets it off.

Too warm in bed brings this on in me. Also, Mirapex (for restless legs - spasms) seems to have something to do with it as does Melatonin (for sleep). Maybe I'll switch back to booze. I REALLY hate the panic attacks. I have to get up and sit in front of a fan or go outside in the open.
