Comme on le voit ici avec le PNR de la Chartreuse, un PNR ne suit pas
forcément les limites des communes :

mais la liste des communes, entièrement ou partiellement dans le parc

faire avancer la carte dans le coin.
Si des personnes sont interessées pour une rencontre OSM (pas
forcément pour cartographier d'ailleurs), ce serait avec plaisir.

je me demande comment vous tagguez les voies privées sans barrières, c'est à
dire les endroits où il y a marqué résidence privée, mais pas de barrière,
porte, de code ou autres trucs pour empêcher physiquement les gens d'entrer.
En général, je mets access=private, mais j'hésite aussi
J'ai commencé à cartographier le coin, mais il y a encore pas mal à faire.
Surtout l'est de tarbes, quasiment jusqu'a toulouse, l'A64 n'a quasiment
pas de sortie cartographiées.

on est capable de prouver que les données on été prises sur leur site et

Je viens de me poser la question : comment taguer une portion d'autoroute
gratuite (entre Montbéliard (25) et Belfort (90) dans mon cas) ?
Cela peut-être utile pour les logiciels de navigation quand on décoche la case
autoroute pour ne pas avoir à payer, au moins le logiciel prendra

en fait on tag le fait que la portion soit payant avec toll=yes, on peut
aussi ajouter l'opérateur quand le tronçon est concédé.
Aux barrières de péage, on pourra symboliser les postes par
barrier=toll_booth (un node sur le way dans chaque sens)

Personnellement, j'aurais juste dit oui : voie privé = access=private.
Je ne vois pas pourquoi tu ajoutes en impasse.
Il y a des (nombreuses) voies privées à sens unique, car elles sont trop
étroites pour faire demi-tour ; on y entre par une rue et on sort par une
autre. Elles méritent

tout à l'heure, je suis passé par une rue qui marque la limite entre deux
communes. Elle a deux noms différents: un nom pour le côté gauche, et un nom
pour le côté droit. C'est une petit rue, donc à une seule voie. Comment vous
rendriez ceci ?
