This is also Kevin...funny you mention about the blood pressure...and I
know my answer won't answer your question, but a few months ago my
blood pressure was running high (for me) even though it was still in
the normal range.It would run 135/80 which was higher that what mine ever was.

I was a guinea pig test of that exact device in the Physical Therapy section at
the hospital where I go for my PT.
I had no success at all with it. I was told that it was probably because the
nerves in my legs that this device activates, were not functioning.
