ripping, I have tight control and established procedures.
Finally, new SqueezeBoxes will most likely have more CPU and memory
(Moore's law), which will address those problems.

server due to running out of memory. But I think I've seen that before.

From my very limited testing, it looks like 7.7 behaves as good 7.6.1,
with fixes to the scanner. I would personally recommend TinySB users to
upgrade to 7.7, because to me it has the best of 7.6.1 and 7.5.4.

On my wireless link, the file transfer is fairly slow. The fact
that it runs over a ssh encrypted tunnel probably does not help. But,
as rsync is pretty smart about what it update, in most case it should
tolerable.

I remember that in the past I was able to browse the shares and I was
mostly stuck on the second issue (password), so this pid issue may
ppen to know my way around wireless
LANs...
But, what was the most surprising to me was how the whole touch user
experience became flaky. I don't understand how bad network
connectivity can affect local music playing. Weird.
