Well, unfortunately I just found out that the Audio Xtra only records
from one input at a time, whatever the card provides, like microphone
or cd audio. It doesn't have a way to mix sound output, like the sound
from the projector or shockwave, with mike input
g to here. is
this something from the library? if so & it is a behavior(s), a quick
mod would be to turn the properties containing the variables into
globals. then they would persist between "pages" which I assume are
markers in your movie.

for joysticks. I used it to listen to foot switches & it worked very

remember this is not correct. each projector needs to be in its own
platform specific partition with its Xtras. the data and movies may be
shared however.

well, if you have faded it to 0 it stays there. try resetting it to
the volume you desire before you use it again.

again. at this stage of the project I believe that this would be a
grave error and certainly not worth the effort. I did many projects
over the past year in 8.0 & had no problems that I could not work
around and certainly none that kept me from shipping a p
inserted CD's to autorun...
the autorun issue has completely to do with the user's OS settings.
unless you are prepared to disable them, and hopefully re-enable them
later, you can't do anything about this.

makes things lots easier. the only problem is if it is a really big
list, then there can be difficulties. of course some may say that if
it is that big you should be using a real database!

well that is a bit clearer description of the problem.
I suggest that you have a placeholder MPEG that is also copied to the
hard drive. it can be tiny. between swaps reset the link to the file
on the local drive. that way the link is never broken. I'll bet that

that said I am not using the defult controller, but one I create

y stopping the QT movies before you close the MIAW?
are you closing the MIAW or forgetting it? you might want to at least
set the movietime to 0.
