While you were gone, Simon and Daniel quit. And Chuck sat on a pole. See what
happens when you’re gone! We need your Greatness.

On this scale, there is almost no marginal expense involved in giving the
customer more bandwidth
I would say you really, really need to take your 450 stuff to at least 13.2.
I didn't go beyond that because of the alignment tone screwup. Which I
think is fixed in 13.4, so I will start cautiously going there. But while I
don't remember the exact issues or sequence of events, I know 13.2 fix
frequency selection. Some iPads/iPhones/etc. get left behind
when the channel switches.

I have it set to both. I thought the issue was if you set it to short only.

Customers with that type of roof are often obsessive. Likely the customer
nixed even a nonpen. In which case you do the vent tube mount, or walk away
from the project and let someone else do it. I think you may be judging the
installer a bit harshly.

Press release says it includes 3.65 GHz, I wonder what is the FCC approval
status on that? Given that band is kind of in regulatory limbo now until the
new rules and spectrum access database get worked out.

We put up a 3.65 connectorized SM with a tan Mars 15x15 panel oriented like a
diamond, on some customer’s upscale house that was the exact same color. He
was very happy. I just hope he doesn’t tell all his neighbors and they want it
