Hello, Using ARS 6.0.1 en 6.3 usertool (patch 18) on a windows 2000 prof client. Maybe we have a small bug here: The usertool crashes (dr.watson) when you select a numeric spinner field (put the cursor in it)and press the CTRL-SHIFT-END key combination. I tried this in several usertool versions

Hi Stephen, It's obviously a judgement call since I didn't perform any timing tests. Since the ISAPI version wouldn't work with SSRS, we had little choice and I'm basically passing on what the midtier support team said. We haven't noticed any decrease in performance and it appeared to be faster.

Timothy, I let them type in what they want in the Summary rather than choosing from the drop down list. I entered both tickets for each user the same way (on the same PC). Summary = Test and Description = Test. With one user it will save and with another user the error message pops up. Weird.
