Hi folks, Need some info on ARSDOCS. 1) Who is developing/maintaining the latest version of ARSDOC? 2) When I try unzipping the ARSDocs v1.29 found on MattReinfeldt's site, i get a CRC error for arsdoc_no_console.exe. Are there any other mirrors from where I can get a clean copy of the same?

I'm not sure if I'm understanding the problem correctly, but here's two issues I had with requester. An incorrect Tier 1-3 combination or you've made some fields in helpdesk required that out of the box weren't. Check the values in SRM:Request and try pluging them in manually into hpd:helpdesk

Roney, $Requester Name+$ LIKE ( 'Full Name' + "%" ) is one that I tried and couldn't get the right behavior. I double checked the QBE Match field on the 'Requester Name+' field and it is set to Leading. Just so you know, using the solution above still gives me the same result as $Requester Name+
