Yes, in order for a user without a license to submit a ticket, you must have all fields in which they will be entering data marked as "Allow any user to submit." You must also have submitter mode locked (which you have). If you still get errors after that, please post the error message to the list

Menu drop down

I have a customer that wants to see the menu items drop down from the field instead of the menu opening to the side of the field on the mid-tier. Is there a way to do that without going outside of ARS? We are using a 7.0 mid-tier and have a 6.0.1 ARS server. Thanks, Janet Mahan Network Systems
