I ran across a similar issue recently. Make sure there is no workflow
setting the field to NULL or an empty string on triggers such as lose
focus, menu choice, etc.. For some reason, the Modify All operation was
pushing an empty/NULL value even though I had not directly updated the
Classification: UNCLASSIFIED

I have a 'Customer Data' page on my main form in which there is one
read/write character field named 'Company Name+', and several read-only
character fields. I have set up a menu that reads from an Oracle View
SQL query our database of customers, attached it to the 'Customer Data'
field.
During the configuration of assignments, there are check boxes for processes
you want that assignment for e.g. Incident, Problem etc.. Make sure your
assignment record isn't lacking anything. Also make sure your status of that
assignment record isn't anything but Active..

Having issue with DSO. All of a sudden it is crashing. I start it up and
then it crashes with a CORE file. I tried stopping and restarting ARS and
everything starts OK except for DSO. As far as I know nothing has changed on
