. Technically only your Demo (administrator user) user should have its password stored in the AR System if you have not created an ldap account for Demo. Its usually a good idea to keep this password in the AR System and not ldap though just in case there is an outage on the ldap server, as you

Hi Sivarama, I have found that with our AR 7.x implementation not all LDAP fields were visible. However, if you create a character field on the vendor form, go to the database tab and give it the same name as the LDAP field you wish to see it will link up. I had to do this manual workaround

Are you integrating LDAP with ITSM 7? If so, you will want to have an intermediate form of your own construction into which to push the data from LDAP. Then you can check the data for accuracy, requirements of ITSM, and do any formatting you need, etc., and THEN push from that form

Two things: First, if you're using ARDBC, you don't need to fill out the AREA config info. Second, your LDAP connection string has spaces in it which is probably goofing up the connection. -Original Message- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED

Also, if Norm's suggestions don't resolve your issue (correct those first), You may want to check your default Plugin Server timeout. How many LDAP records do you expect to be returned via your vendor form? If it is a large amount, your Plug-In server may be timing out before it can load
