This generally means the boot ROM doesn't understand the newer flash chips.
You can usually get around this by booting a newer IOS from TFTP (conf t,
boot system IOS_VERSION TFTP_SERVER,ctrl/Z, wr mem, reload) and then you can
erase the flash and copy the new IOS to it.

Is this the only issue? Are you routing properly between VLANs? Can you ping the PIX? If telnet from VLAN2 is the only thing blocked, it sounds like a rule issue.

Under the last "correct" go down about 3 inches and your mouse will

I used the Todd Lammle book from Sybex along with the CID tests from Boson.
I found the tests very helpful in helping me focus in certain areas and fill
in gaps from the book. I passed the test last night with a 79%!!
