disk to 2gb and it installed without any
trouble.
The installer copies the install image onto the hard disk to speed up
the process. This obviously chews up space so even though SME will run
on a 1Gb disk, you can't install it on a 1Gb disk :)

Examine the qmailanalog package (shipped with e-smith). It should do
what you want. It will even generate output in sendmail format if you
have existing analysis tools that require that format.

copies a prebuilt image into the correct location prior to building the
RPM. The SRPM doesn't actually contain the boot image, but the RPM does.
Feel free to examine the SRPM and you'll see what I mean.
