I have rebuilt some Duo batteries and so far as I can see, the only drawback would be if the electronics and not the cells in the Pismo battery are at fault. If I can get a dead Pismo battery I will let the list know what I find out about rebuilding it economically. Tom on 1/25/03 1:27 PM, John

I had the same type of experience last fall (02) with my Pismo. The system ws inadvertantlyleft on with the lid down and after about 2 weks I went to use it and it was totally dead.. Wouldn't recharge at all. I left it in the Pismo with the ac attached and used it that way...left it plugged in fo
