I would bet your vacuum actuators are either not connected or not actuating to open the doors to allow air to get to wherever it is commanded to go. I only fooled with them on the TD, it was not easy to get at them to replace them, but doable with suitable contortions and imprecations. First

Sounds like a flap not opening IF the fan sounds like it is running at speed. IF the fan is running slow, it could be the aspirator hose disintegrated or was knocked out of place while they were monkeying with the blower fan. The aspirator system determines how fast the blower runs. ACC

There is some stuff that foams up to spray in a duct or heat exchanger to clean/disinfect it. You can get it at Lowes or HD in the AC filter section (or at least I saw it there at some point in the past). Spray it in and fill up the space then let it sit for some period til it goes flat.

Back monvalve, bad circulation pump, bad ACC pushbutton unit. A bad monovalve that has corroded the solenoid housing is likely -- it's energized to stop coolant flow to the heater core, so when the diaphram fails and water gets in the solenoid in the summer, it gets stuck closed, No heat.
