We use folder redirection for users' desktops and My Documents folders, and
offline files so that they'll still have access to their stuff if they lose
connection to the network. Can't say I've seen any clicking necessary, except
in cases of file version conflicts.
Ah-this one confirms that it uses the two zero-day exploits to get around users
running with limited permissions. And that it doesn't work on 64-bit OS flavors.

I recently got a ThinkPad X100e because it has a bigger screen than other

Let's say that the user whose password is known produces $100 per day of
information. Depending on the specifics of the situation, that could mean that
each day that an unauthorized user has access to the information costs the
organization $100.
Balancing the cost of particular security measures against the cost of damages
that could result from not having them is tricky, and I'll readily admit that
it's something outside of my area of expertise. The field of risk
management--which is what we're talking about here--is a specialized fiel
herefore, the difference between 30 days and infinity is negligible.
