I have four new Volz Micro Max X servos. I intended to use them in the wing only.
But its looking like I may be able to use only two in the wing(flaps) as the wing is
too thin for use as aileron servos. Was thinking about using the other two as servos

The stuff is cheap, it cost more for shipping than it did for the pr
As a test I painted the nose cone only on a plane I am refinishing. I used spray can
lacquer, rubbed it out with Stahl Fix polish. The resulting finish is superior
to the factory finish. I have in the past wet/color sanded with up to 1500 grit and
polished. I have never come close to the finish

I finally finshed up the new Acacia 3M xtail and got two sessions in at Davenport. Sat
was est12-18 mph,
having not flown the slope in a good year or more and with first flights I took it
easy,flew high, no ballast.
First impressions were a very stable plane, easy to fly,very smooth, decent turn
HeliProz for ball link pliers. Speaking of ball links, most I have seen that come with
Vtail sailplanes seem kinda cheesy. Same way with many heli kits. I know on my
helicopters, I replace the cheesy supplied ball links with the Rocket City heavy duty

Well, I talked with Carolyn at NSP on Monday and two days later I had my new Extreme
cross tail in hand. I must say having never ordered
anything from NSP and reading/hearing all the stuff about them I was concerned with
ordering. But I got nothing but excellent service from the phone call to
LAST CHANCE for a NIB vintage Legionair 140. Bet there arent many of these left! With
a beefed up spar Im told these will compete with the Bubble Dancers, etc.

Has anyone tried the ball joints typically used on heli linkages? They work
positively on my gas helis,
