okay, but according to the docs, the start script throws away your classpath
and rebuilds itwhere do I put the entry in that case? you mean i should
copy the tools.jar to the tomcat/lib directory
I suppose adding a symbolic link to JAVA_HOME/lib/tool.jar should work.

Larry,
Perhaps if you provide your Tomcat 3.3 solution(s), we could see how they
might apply to Tomcat 4?
Whom would know Tomcat 4
As it is possible to use mod_jk in TC 4.* you two could come
together.

I am STILL trying to find out how to configure Apache+Tomcat so that EACH
virtual host has ITS OWN JVM. This seems to be a fairly common question,
but no one seems willing to actually answer it.
Ideally we want some means that works well with the perchild module, so that
not only is each
own JVM, each with it's own context and vhost support.
Good luck!

I think you need to include your WebApp lines either prior to, or within
your Virtual Hosts section.

Hello Everybody,
Tomcat 3.2.2 is crashing on a Unix machine without writing anything in the

installation.
Thanks,
