often provide a way to specify an address to unsubscribe other than the
one you are sending from. The confirmation email would still go to the
subscribed address (so no-one else can unsubscribe you without your

A few things to check...
Check that the document language is correct - from the Tools menu,
select Options, expand Language Settings, select Languages, and
check the default language for the document. That may be incorrectly
