This came from a friend, HF, who knows the patent's inventor closely.
HF is a retired electrical engineer who worked for 20 years on unique,
one-of-a-kind atmospheric instruments, and then for 10 years on pulsed power
(Terawatts) equipment.

Persuade Rossi to sell (or rent) you a single e-Cat ASAP. I'll contribute
