You need to be running 12.0 whatever. Enterprise would be best but on 2500's you are looking to upgrade the flash to 16 megs. Can be expensive and for most of what you do this will be enough. Try different version-type IOSs for bridging, IPSec ect that will meet your router config ram and flash
