RE: CS>Irregular heartbeat follow-up. My answer was ....

2015-11-17 Thread Judy Knowlton
I was in the ER 2 times in the past 3 years for wildly erratic heartbeat (I’m
80) diagnosed as serious arrhythmia until I learned it was (for me anyway)
simply due to very low potassium!

First time, IV potassium drip.

Second time, I said I bet it’s a potassium lack. They did a blood test and
offered me a glass of liquid potassium (Avoid that! Yuk!)

My Nurse Practitioner who is my Primary (Allowed in Maine) tested my heart
again and we decided being more careful of diet and supplements would be enough.

Now, if my heart has a hint of getting out of hand, I eat some potassium-laden
foods and pop a potassium pill., and 2 glasses of water. End of problem within
an hour.

Re: CSSalts and silver compounds.-- and turning blue?

2015-02-22 Thread Judy Knowlton

Hi, folks ... old-timer here who is comfortable with the old ways.
Seems to me I remember that making CS with salt, or tap water or ?
may cause unusual retention of silver (which seems to leave the body
naturally within a short period). A very few people over the years have
played with CS making and used IV for administering. A couple have
literally turned blue and been used by Big Pharma to denigrate the
efficacy of our simple potion.

Others here will have to give educated facts, however.

Regarding using salts: When you add salt to the water, the reason the
solution can hold more silver is that salt changes the solubility.
Seawater has about 35,000 PPM of salts, so you can easily (for example)
create a silver solution in the hundreds.

Me...
You get more 'suspension' perhaps but not more 'solution' as far as I
can tell. When I've made CS with distilled water and salt, added to a
strength of 200 and 400 uS, (as an experiment) I get no uS (ionic)
increase but a I do see a very heavy TE indicating its all in suspended
silverchloride particles. This is what puzzles me about my tap water
experiment. When I use tap water the silver really does seem to stay in
'solution' (minimal TE) even though the uS is similarly around 400uS. I
wish i could get a scientific analysis of my tap water.

Jason said ...
I personally have no interest in silver compounds outside of EIS, but
if I were going to take mega doses of concentrated silver, it wouldn't
be unknown compounds with limited effectiveness made from tap water, it
would most certainly be silver citrate.

Me..
I'm certainly not recommending using compounds. I was just responding to
the implication that 'Only CS is good and all other silver compounds are
bad' when theres very little evidence for the latter. (Unless one was to
consume to excess of course).

Heres a list of over 100 documents showing that silver compounds have
antimicrobial properties...

good or bad, depending on whether it's dislodging debris or just triggering the

my instincts, and what my body tells me. Less is usually more. I also do things
more frequently if that's comfortable, rather than too much by the clock. I
learned this from my Lyme desease: to slowly ramp up on anything to tolerance,
and be willing to go with the flow, as we're different from hour to hour.

Resistance is not possible. No pathogen can survive in the presence of CS. Of
course there are many variables that affect that statement, such as CS quality,
quantity, the ability to reach the pathogen, etc.

Also, make sure that you are not mistaking disease symptoms with toxin
symptoms. I just had this situation in my own household, where my wife had flu
like symptoms. The house was being painted and repaired for a month, and she
was sick through all of it - but only on the weekends - when she was in the
house. She first suspected something was wrong with our CS, but I was pretty
certain it was the chemicals, and now we know. Detox was what was needed.

There are many things that can make us ill. Pathogens, toxins, poor diet, etc.

I know you are hearing from many on this list about good alternatives.

In 1984 my husband, then age 72, refused all treatment for liver cancer,
supposed to be very painful. The doctor told him then that eating absolutely
no animal products would avoid pain. It was true. The doctor said it was
researched around 1936 but wasn't mentioned anymore after chemo became a
major money-maker.
He was also told to eat a macrobiotic diet. I too learned a whole new way of
eating--and thinking!
He was 24 years older than I. Now I'm 78, and see my world very differently.
I seem to be surprisingly healthy compared to some of my friends, make them

From Colin Perth ref Cancer Treatment..

Sincere Thank you for the encouraging replies... its all a bit
overwhelming at the moment which I guess is not surprising.

I suppose the first and fundamental question I have to answer is do I
refuse/delay the suggested Traditional treatments (X-ray plus big
take everything out operation) while I investigate/ try alternatives?
Is this a responsible thing to do? I know we are all responsible for
ourselves but it is never that simple is it? I have 2 boys aged 4 and 11
and I really want to see grow into the wonderful young men. (Proud to
report I got my Senior's Card Age 60, and a baby bonus for Robin in the
same year!)

As I have no real symptoms it is hard to monitor results without MRI
scans etc... It seems to be a slow growing thing, it is 4 years since my
initial treatment and presumely the cancer cells were left behind there
after my operation and so has taken quite a lot of time to reach a
detectable size.

Does anyone have any practical advise how I should proceed from here...
due for discussions with Doctors next week when I intend asking many
questions.

I am seriously considering visiting Chris Teo in Penang for his advise
and his herbal medicines, has anyone any experience of this?
http://www.cacare.com/?subscribe=success#blog_subscription-3

How can I put this, on one hand I have powerful pressure from Medical
Doctors, family and friends to follow their methods and then I have a
tremdous amount of information about alternative ways of treating my
problem... it is very hard to know what course I should follow. I am
reading everything I can about it but it does get confusing...

A thought, one important factor for people following medical advise and
procedures, whatever their doubts and fears might be, must be that at a
time of stress and worry it is far easier to surrender oneself to a well
trained, capable medical system than try to find ones own way.

I probably am not putting this very well, I am not being told that I
have no medical treatment options but I dont like what they are
proposing one little bit. It all seems unreal anyway as I feel well not
sick!

All comments welcome.

Finally a real silver-list question ... Is my taking C/S doing me any
good ?

Colin confused in Perth

RE: CSHORRIBLE SHINGLES...update RE Nebulizer theory

2013-08-29 Thread Judy Knowlton
It is my strong belief (theory?) - backed up with
personal experience - that EIS is a mild biocide,
unlike Big Pharma's toxic concoctions.
I mean by that, EIS kills quickly, but doesn't
slam the body with unbalancing side-effects. It is
also rapidly removed from the body because of it's
very small size.
Therefore, when I use a nebulizer, I use one
longer time period first thing, then several
shorter dose/times throughout the day - maybe 4 to
6 at evenly timed intervals.
It has worked well for me. Limited to once or
twice a day just gives a roller coast of returning
disease if all the buglets aren't killed the first
round (which is unlikely,)

EIS -- for Electrolic(sic?) Ionic Silver? Or

My best wishes to your wife. I was in our local
pharmacy recently sitting on a lovely leather
chair -- it being civilized, low-key Maine--
waiting to talk to the pharmacist about some
supplements, while 2 women spent $200 plus each
for the vaccine. They were unwittingly reminding
me to make some more EIS for my little stock. I
had chicken pox at age 9. Only 7 pops were ever
found on my body, although my 5 year old brother
was COVERED. One never forgets! The question is,
what does the severity of my disease mean re
Shingles? (My brother is no longer living so the
complete evidence is unavailable

May I add another thought? Again, my apologies to
EVERYone for not keeping up with the details in
these emails!

I have always suggested 4 to 6 equal doses a day
spaced about equal hours apart during waking hours
on an empty stomach' Last one just before sleep.
Perhaps one in middle of night if the person
commonly gets up to pee or something -- as lil ole
ladies seem to!
Our (my son's and mine) theory has been that the
body removes EIS rather quickly through the
kidneys, so to maintain a level, less per dose
and more often is better -- not a roller-coaster.
(I have no evidence of the truth of that
statement!!!)

You* for putting a human touch to such a cold and
impersonal communication medium.

I'll take the liberty of giving a brief update
report in this reply.

I have to say things are looking pretty good to
date, 9 days since *something* became evident, 6
days since my diagnosis on visual observation and
5 days since doctors confirmation. Since speaking
with you earlier I have upped the dose again to
250ml twice a day whilst spraying on affected
areas, and clothing over those areas. It would
seem we are getting on top of it, another 48 hours
hopefully will result in recovery becoming more
obvious or apparent, pain appears to be lessening,
still one small area on the back which seems to be
still trying to break out, area on the stomach is
dry and covered in scabs. Stomach scab area is
getting rather itchy which means things are
healing. A terrible fluid cough has suddenly
developed which is aggravating the whole thing
{not sure if that's Herx?} although she is feeling
decidedly better in herself. If it IS Herx, I
expect it to disappear as suddenly as it came, a
few days perhaps.

There is no other place one can discuss such
matters or get support other than among you folk
as everyone around us here thinks this is pure
unadulterated quackery and I am the village idiot,
hence I am a rather solitary animal among my peers
here with my beliefs, so I hope I am not taking
liberties or stepping out of line by continuing
these reports on this List. I figure how else
will anyone know with any degree of certainty if
my EIS protocol actually worked or reduced time
frame to recovery? Anyhow, this will end and be
overwith soon enough and I will thus return to the
rock I am usually under g.

Thank You one and all.

I believe the 'EIS' term was created by people on
this List to specifically separate and detach our
product from the more commercialised 'CS'
products - there IS a difference, and that makes
ALL the difference to me.

RE: CSHORRIBLE SHINGLES -- BUTTING IN AT 1 AM

2013-08-23 Thread Judy Knowlton
I have noticed all the Shingles emails, but time
constraints have kept me from keeping up with
careful reading. Since it seems I can't sleep
tonight, and read Neville's letter below, I must
put my 2 cents in. I am 77, have made my own CS
( about 10 ppm) for 14 years, the last several
with a Silver Puppy (bless you, Ode.) For years
I've gone on the assumption that, once taking the
possibility of Herx into account, a real slam of
CS may be warranted. For example, my son (age 45
then) was staying with me. He had learned first
about CS and made his own machine for us. He has
leg edema (which keeps the legs from having decent
circulation) and was accidentally scratched by my
cat. The infection was rapid and ugly, by 10 PM
the lower leg swelling considerably and changing
to a rageful red almost to the knee. He was
somewhat incoherent.) He had had a similar event
at his home some years before, and then found
himself in hospital for 6 days with IV
antibiotics.
He decided to test the power of CS or go to
hospital in the AM. We were new to CS but
understood Herxheimer effects. (Try stopping a
grown son from ) Anyway, he took 2 quarts to
bed with him over my protests.
At 6 AM I could smell coffee perking. Went to the
kitchen to find my son in bermuda shorts, so I
could check his condition at a glance. The leg
color had reduced to annoyed pink. It was normal
by late afternoon. By then he had drunk 2 quarts
of CS.
We have since helped cure several things for
friends with a slow increasing dosage over 2 to 3
days to avoid Herx, followed by similar large
amounts (only in emergency)
This letter was triggered by the first lines of
Neville's letter below

I am forming the opinion that although this case
is improving, Shingles may have a natural course
it must take, and nothing really assists in the
recovery.

I'm beginning to form an opinion that EIS does not
necessarily speed recovery, nor reduce severity,
nor assist in any way other than by spraying it on
may assist in the healing of the sores and prevent
possible infection from clothing materials, and of
course not forgetting assisting in skin tissue
repair.

This is why I questioned the 'severity' definition
in trying to determine efficacy and recovery in
any given protocol applied to any given case of
Shingles i.e. Mild, Moderate, Bad or Severe etc?
I knocked it out in our lad in a week, this case
appears to be lessening at this point in
time...BUT, how long does one usually have
Shingles? Perhaps a time line, or defining each
case in determining severity level which is an
indicator of recovery time line, i.e. a week, two
weeks, a month, or maybe longer dependant on
severity level?

I bumped up the intake to 200 odd ml twice a day
as well as spraying on areas. And here's where
that bloody blue media propaganda raises its ugly
stupid head and lingers in the back of the mind,
and that really p*sses me off. Similar to that
Jaws movie, just can't erase it from the mind, a
weakness in character and lowering of
intelligence. I try things using myself as a
guinea pig but tend to allow doubts to creep in
with someone else, I don't particularly care about
myself because *someone* has to do it, but I do
care about others.

One *MUST* stand firm in the knowledge that the
media, the establishment, the FDA, our TGA, past
cases of smurfism etc etc are *NOT* and do *NOT*
reference the substance we produce and use, it's
chalk and cheese, apples and oranges, HVAC vs
LVDC, high particle content vs high Ag+ ion
content.

I've been ingesting around 30ml every day for nigh
on 10 years and I haven't yet changed to any shade
of blue, and trust me, we get plenty of sun here
as I'm sure they do most anywhere else on this
planet, so if I was going to 'self develop' I
would imagine I would have done so long before
this.

It's really difficult when we are brainwashed and
conditioned throughout our lives to conform or
believe what published material, or these so
called 'authorities?' try to force us to believe,
and it bugs me that I find myself STILL getting
sucked into that BS hole as well. I have to
constantly remind myself of that Bob Newhart

It is indeed food for thought. I was taught NOT to
take an aspirin to reduce fever, for example,
because the bug would live longer.
I am 77 and surprisingly healthy -- and refuse to

I was taught that the immune system is an organ
that needs to be exercised in order to grow
strong. Vaccinations short circuit the immune
system and we lose the protection it offers.
There are people who argue that the AIDs plague to
the generation it did because they were the first
generation to be vaccinated.
Food for thought.

Did you not read the article

In 1992, a New Zealand group called the
Immunization Awareness Society (IAS) surveyed 245
families with a total of 495 children. The
children were divided with 226 vaccinated and 269
unvaccinated. Eighty-one families had both
vaccinated and unvaccinated children.
The differences were dramatic, with unvaccinated
children showing far less incidence of common
childhood ailments than vaccinated children
(http://www.vaccineinjury.info/images/stories/ias1
992study.pdf).

From a different survey in the South Island New
Zealand city of Christchurch, among children born
during or after 1977, none of the unvaccinated
children had asthma events where nearly 25% of the
vaccinated children were treated for asthma by age
10
(http://www.vaccineinjury.info/images/stories/ias1
992study.pdf).

A PhD immunologist who wrote the book Vaccine
Illusion, Dr. Tetyana Obukhanych, has gone against
the dogma of her medical training and background.
She asserts that true immunity to any disease is
not conferred by vaccines. Exposure to the
disease, whether contracted or not, does
(http://www.vaccinationcouncil.org/2012/06/13/inte

Perhaps the most informal grass-roots survey going
on now is by Tim O'Shea, DC, author of Vaccination
is Not Immunization. He simply has non-vaccinating
parents email him with comparisons of their
children's health to friends and families they
know with vaccinated children. That and more is
available on his site

author's name is JJ Virgin.

The book advocates basically a Paleo diet, but
also addresses food allergies/sensitivities.

The 1st 3 weeks you eliminate the 7 most likely
candidates: gluten, corn, soy, dairy, eggs,
peanuts and sugar. (I actually haven't read the
entire book so I'm not an expert, but for sugar I
think fruit is still OK and small amounts in
things like ketchup are still OK.)

After the 3 weeks are over you have challenge
weeks which re-introduce one of these foods at a
time, if you want to, that is.

I've been trying this for a week so it's still
early, but have had no arthritis pain (or any
other pain; I often get random abdominal pains)
since I started. My arthritis was not severe, it
only occasionally gave me minor pain, but my Dad
had it pretty bad and I want to address it before
it gets bad.

You absolutely cannot cheat during this 3 weeks or
it's all a waste of time. For some reason knowing
this has made it easy for me so far, I've not even
had the slightest urge to cheat.

The idea is don't eat even a DROP of whatever for 2 weeks and ask

I'd rather take aspirin that Warfarin, which is
rat poison, and as I understand it, 'thinning the

function, bleed to death if you like. Aspirin has
been used since Adam wore short pants. Quantity

A while ago here in Australia there was a media

contrary to popular belief, blood thinners do
not THIN the blood
taking blood thinners (eg aspirin, coumadin,
etc.) do not thin the blood

what blood thinners do is either impair platelet
functioning or impair clotting factor
production/function
taking blood thinners does NOT make blood
thinner (more watery)
increasing fluid intake can reduce dehydration,
reducing hematocrit, which is the lab number for
liquid to solid ratio of the blood -
a lower hematocrit # translates into more liquid
blood with less solid (blood cells) in it

many health care professionals misle ad the public
by using the words blood thinner and
in my experience many health care professionals
don't even understand the concept themselves

there is likely a limit to how watery one can
make blood,
as the kidneys are designed to regulate the amount
of water in the body via various feedback loops
...
damaged kidneys can impair body water regulation
(as can damage to the endocrine system
which is involved in messaging body hydration
throughout the organism

please folks, use the term blood thinning
accurately
do some research; google platelet function (such
as platelet aggregation) and google clotting
factors or clotting factor cascade

FW: CSAfib -arhythmia? Self-treated

2013-03-04 Thread Judy Knowlton
I have had uneven heartbeat -- recognized first
when I had my first child in 1957.
As I grew older, I could hear the rhythm --
sometimes every 2 or 3 beats, then a pause.

I have an enlarged heart. Lately (I'm 77) I have
requested regular blood tests to discover my
mineral balances. That got me to taking (on my
own)
Vitamin C, D, E, Co-Q-10, B-complex, krill oil,
red yeast rice and baby aspirin. And 8 glasses of
water with a splash of appe cider vinegar.
The heart doctor wanted me on a statin. I loudly
refused. He said to me Then why don't you do
what I do -- fish oil and red yeast rice. THAT's
what doctors seem to do: push Pharma for others,
natural stuff for themselves!

When I started my regimen, my heartbeat moved
slowly to a pause about every 10 beats, to every
30 beats, to ...I quit counting afer 100 without a
noticeable pause.

Am I doing myself harm? Perhaps. Less harm than
doing what the doctors might have wanted? I
suspect so.

I found myself in the ER a year ago with a badly
flopping heart. I had failed to take potassium
for a few days and had changed my diet
quickly. The ER gave me an IV bag and 2 pills of
potassium and sent me home. It was a scare and a
warning.

The heart doctor wanted me on a statin. I loudly

what I do -- fish oil and red yeast rice. THAT's
what doctors seem to do: push Pharma for others,

When I started my regimen, my heartbeat moved
slowly to a pause about every 10 beats, to every

Am I doing myself harm? Perhaps. Less harm than
doing what the doctors might have wanted? I
suspect so.

I found myself in the ER a year ago with a badly
flopping heart. I had failed to take potassium
for a few days and had changed my diet

potassium and sent me home. It was a scare and a

I started a new topic so I could air my views on
this ridiculous Vit D deficiency BS.

I live in Australia for Christ sake, we get enough
sun here that if you walked around under it for
too long your body fluids would start to simmer,
and eventually boil inside your damn skin, and
they waffle on and diagnose people with Vit D
deficiency.?? Shear and utter lunacy!!!

Work it out for heavens sake. WHY and HOW can
Homo Sapien in the 21st century possibly be
lacking in ANY vitamin, AND mineral if it comes to
that, because I have no doubt we are surely
lacking in bucket loads of those too if they cared
to investigate???

We are slowly being poisoned, deprived of natural
nutrients in pretty much EVERYTHING we drink and
consume, not forgetting those microwave
terminators that we put food and liquid into
before consumption.

If this was a natural occurrence, we would never
have progressed past the Stone Age???

This lacking of vitamins and minerals is being
forced upon every Homo Sapien on the planet pretty
much, and with the dollar and profit as
motivation.

There is so much BS being spread around by those
little people in their white dust coats that
people are actually believing everything some
organisation puts out.

The FDA, our TGA and any other funded mob of
laboratory Frankensteins all have vested interests
in something OTHER than your and my health in
mind!!

There, I've got that off my chest, nobody need
reply, just considered it was time for a voice of
sanity and reason to be heard.

RE: CSpossibility of shingles! MY PERENNIAL QUESTION

2012-10-27 Thread Judy Knowlton
I haven't been reading all your emails on
shingles, but have noticed many coming through,
so I must ask again ...
has anyone actually FLOODED his/her body with
C-silver for 3 days? That is, moving intake up
over a few days to drinking
ALL liquid intake as c-silver (10 ppm) ? I
believe it is what I would seriously consider,
having watched my son's
cat-scratch infection (not shingles) disappear
in less than 2 days from an edemic leg that was
violent red from ankle to knee.

  Hi Craig,
This is very helpful! I just bought a bottle of
vodka the other day for making tinctures, so will
try this. I take Boron regularly and put Borax in
my laundry, so I may tinker with a mix of vodka,
borax, and CS and see what happens.

Hi Lena,

About ten years ago I got this suggestion from
Obie (you still around Obie?) and it has worked
for a number of people with whom I have shared it.

I use a large spray bottle, pour Everclear (180+
proof alcohol) into it, for shingles, to about 5%
and fill the bottle with water shake and spray.
This will kill the bacteria completely and it
won't take two or three weeks. Use a dilute
solution and spray more often because they are
dominating such a large area of her skin that it
will be painful if it's too strong. Any other
skin or mouth, throat problem, I use the solution
at 10%. It's teriffic, works every time.

Also, if she thinks external bacteria is a
problem, suggest Borax as a
bodywash and in the washine machine. They can't
feed on us with Borax.  I've used it for years;
never had any further problems.
The best to her, Obie.

The same ratio could be made by using vodka (which
is usually 40 proof). I can't remember the formula
to calculate how much water to add to this to get
the same 5% that Obie is referring to...I am
certain Marshall does.

I know that this knocks the pain down almost
immediately...and I know after the application of
alcohol, the area was wiped/dabbed with CS.

Maybe this will help.

FWIW,

Craig

PERENNIAL QUESTION

My earlier post outlined my treatment. I omitted
to say that initially I administered 1 x 8 ounce
glass {250ml} EIS produced using rain water to
achieve high total silver content {40+ ppm silver
content, lab analysed} then following 4-5 days
with approx 16 ounces {500ml} split in two batches
of freshly produced 8 ounce {250ml} glasses of
approx 10-13ppm EIS produced using DW. I ensured
one glass was consumed in the morning hours and
the other glass in the afternoon hours, all EIS
had to be consumed each day. Stopped
administration of EIS after around those 4-5 days
from memory because recovery was definitely
evident, blisters disappearing, rash receding and
no post herpatic neuralgic or whatever it's called
pain upon full recovery. Back to work after a
fortnight basically. I am convinced the EIS was
efficacious in this instance. All the person took
in addition to EIS was pain killers for around a
week. Each glass for each of those days were
freshly brewed and consumed during aforesaid time
frames to maximise Ag+ ion intake.

The first dose was an attempt to flood the body
initially with that high silver level by using
rain water, then followed by normally produced EIS
in the hope of maintaining enough Ag+ ions in the
system to be effective, I believe it was.

Just my observational experience with EIS and
Shingles for a family member FWIW.

No, but it is basically distilled water.
If you are holding it in you nose/sinuses for a
long time it might have a drying effect. Silver
tends to be drying. Try some castor oil in the

I don't know how many of you watch the news but
this morning our local channel 13 news gave a
warning out of Washington that there is a bad

When I was taking a cup a day, it was for about a 6 month time period,
much longer than your 2 day bash.

I had a neighbor with MRSA from a thumb operation. The hospital had
her one antibiotics so severe that she had to take benadryl because she
broke out in hives. There was talk of her possibly losing her thumb and
this went on for many weeks and months.

I gave her a quart of my home made cs and had her drink it all that

Within a few days she was healing and got to keep her thumb.

A pint in the am and pm should be plenty. What
ppm is it? Also, CS does not get to the lymph
system, joints, and likely brain. These have to
be cleared with other techniques. If you are just
coming down with it the CS has been reported to
work well, but if you are chronic, then I would
use the full Bob Beck protocol would be called

  Hello All,

My daughter woke up this morning with a light
purplish bruise on the lower part of her shin
bone. It’s about 2-3 inches in diameter with a
light yellow center which feels like a small stone
(tender to the touch). She does not remember
banging herself yesterday – but she is a very
active 9 year old and I can’t rule it out.
However, at the same time – I wonder if it could
also be a spider bite of some sort.

Either way – what’s the best course of treatment
at this time? I can make a poultice of EIS (silver
water) and then I was thinking perhaps a comfrey
poultice. Is there any way I can draw any of the
toxin out if it is indeed a spider bite?

  Thanks for your help!

If I've read you correctly, you are a long time user of EIS/CS, just continue
to do so. I would not personally contemplate vaccination. I treated our adult
son for Shingles, and i believe with remarkable results. I am convinced a
persons mental state or disposition, among other things, is one way to spark
Shingles off.

If you are of sound mind, then I don't see the need for doing anything other
than continuing with the EIS/CS.

I stress over some things as most people on this planet would, and I've had
chicken pox as a kid, but I believe it's the mind set or disposition of an
individual that makes the difference.

I'm a long term daily ingester of a small quantity of EIS/CS and I will never
contemplate a vaccination.

Oh, better put in that dreaded Disclaimer: Not advice, just opinion based on
my mind set g.

I've noticed an enormous number of arthritis emails and avoided them, so I may
be repeating
and off-base for the discussion, but I do have a question. What might cause
inflammation?
From my own experience, something my body is reacting to, trying to get rid

My aches and pains pretty much left me when I began to avoid the things I
traditionally NEVER ran
out of when purchasing foods-- probably personal allergies (?) to me, but
common to many humans:
nightshades, milk products, beef, wheat, alcohol, sugar.
Just as important, I began paying attention to being chronically dehydrated.
Now age 76, I only feel really good
when I;m drinking enough water -- half my pound-weight in ounces per day. A
very pale lemon-color urine
is a sign I'm on the right track. Anything darker is a warning.

Hi Judy,
It is taught that the major cause of inflammation in a body is from a
too acidic Ph system.
Acid burns, acidic reactions etc cause the cartilege in the joints to
disintegrate as also the rest of th body does in an 'acid wash'.
The first thing to try would be to stop all white sugars and phosphate
drinks .
 No tea, coffee or milk.
Milk is a mucous forming liquid and causes many problems too, more
than I can go into here.
It is usually recommended to drink a small squeeze of fresh lemon in
your glasses of water.
That will balance out the Ph and start to help help clear any fatty
deposits in the liver.
I assume that the water is either distilled pure water or spring.
(Yes, I know, now I am opening a huge discussion on distilled water. .
. later).
When the fresh lemon hits the stomach it turns the system into a more
alkaine environment.
Don't ask me for the chemistry on this I would have to find my old
text books for that. I'm sure it's probably somewhere on the web
tho'.
That's for basic starters.
The next thing I would suggest is to look up Robert Von Sarbrucher on the
web.
(Since we now know that these notes are being reposted by some lazy
lurkers I am reluctant to do the work for them.)
Also, you will find many links to some really useful and enlightening
material up there on the web so I don't want to limit your fun of
discovery either.
If you are really stuck tho' then email me offline and I'll do my best
to find some good links for you to explore.
The raw food diets don't need to be complicated or hard.
In fact, raw salads and greens every day is one of the very best
gentle detoxes you can do for yourself especially in the hot weather.
Talk whenever you wish. This is just a start.
Be well.

RE: CSSilver PH --A CASE HISTORY ON H20

2012-05-21 Thread Judy Knowlton
I discovered I was chronically dehydrated 4 years
ago at age 72) and decided to follow the rule:
Halve your weight;
Divide by eight;
Drink those glasses
and meditate.
At 168 pounds I take basic supplements and
vitamins, low on sugar and milk products, no beef,
high on fish, no alcohol for 42 years,
and drink 10 8-oz glasses of water per day -- half
before noon.
In the past 4 years, blood pressure down, eyesight
improved, memory better, sleeping better, only
minor aches and pains,
attitude more positive, lost over 50 pounds (not
dieting) .
I sat with 3 other 76 year old women at my kitchen
table just this morning.
2 had cancer operations, one with eyesight
difficulties, a rod in the brain for severe
tremors, all with aches and pains, hobbling along.
None really overweight. I've known them for 32 to
76 years.
Oh yeah -- and I make my own CS, use when
necessary (not often)
Why the difference?

favorite something for 2 weeks just to see if it's a culprit and they scream,
I can be pretty sure we've hit on a problem!
(I'm a recovering alcoholic of 42 years and a retired addictions counselor .)

Isn't a primary issue inflammation? What is the body struggling to rebalance
from? CS, which I make with my silver puppy, use when necessary, and
share with others, is not my usual thought for arthritis. Has to be a living
something causing the problem for CS to work --virus, bacterium, yeast or
mold.

You should know that that prescription is not universally effective - it
works for some folks, others not at all.
Certainly worth a serious try. But be aware your mileage may vary. Some folks
actually use hot red peppers to lessen their pain - I'm one of those.I
religiously did the complete night-shade avoidance diet, with no benefit
whatsoever. So different strokes for different folks - for those it does
work, it seems to work well, and be easily testable by trying a minor inclusion
at some point after symptoms have initially improved. You'll be able to tell
if you are one who will be helped by this diet or not. Sara

is proven to give 82% preventative value against

began to use Vit D3 every day, several thousand
micrograms a day, and that has really strengthened
that effect. On the extremely rare occasions where
I even start to get a mild runny nose or sneezes,
it is because I have stopped using the propolis
for a week or two, and simply having a couple of
capsules of propolis clears the runny nose up
overnight like magic. I read recently that
antibiotics can possibly damage the immune system
by killing off certain strains of bacteria in the
gut. I can confirm that that can happen, as I also
used a litre of CS a day for a while, and gave
myself sterile gut syndrome, so I would recommend
to you that you don't use so much CS as it will
kill anything it touches, good bacteria and bad.
People usually think it does not touch good
bacteria, but this is because you have a couple of
pounds in the gut, so small amounts of CS won't
cause any noticeable damage to them, to replenish
my bacteria I used Kiki Soil Based Organisms, an
extremely good product with good clinical testing,
and am completely back to full function in this
regard now.

2008-06-18 Thread Judy Knowlton
Jason - I don't know what Argentyn 23 and RO water are, but I wouldn't care
to inhale them!
I do know that using standard CS (about 10 ppm made with distilled water) is
clean and safe.
Friends and I have used it for lung and sinus infections, colds, sore
throats etc. with never a problem
of adverse reaction -- a minute or 2 every half-hour seems to be adequate
for lung infections. Breathing the steam through the nostrils deals with
sinus or a head cold. CS nosedrops snuffled in every 15 minutes for 2 hours
usually kills off the most tenacious cold.

Hi All,

I have a lung infection and lyme (probably the lyme that is infecting the
lungs). A few weeks ago, I nebulized just 2 lungfulls of Argentyn 23
diluted 50-50 with RO water. The PPM I estimate was about 11 - 12. Minutes
later, I had very bad dizziness and disorientation. This didn't last long,
but re-occurred every so often (many times a day). The bouts of dizziness
carried on for a week. After that, I was symptom free (no lung infection or
lyme symptoms) for a further 5 weeks, but now I am getting the lung
infection back.

Not wanting to have a repeat of the dizziness, I have got my old generator
out and I am making my own batch. Question is - what PPM do others nebulize
at? I think 11-12 was a bit too strong for me.

Thanks,
J.

RE: CSVaccines and autism. -- Vets and multi-shots

2008-06-15 Thread Judy Knowlton
A friend took her English Spaniel to the Vet’s, who gave ALL shots on the
same visit.
The dog became very ill, lethargic, changed personality, I think a blood
disease -- etc. The animal seemed totally overwhelmed. The Vet said not to
breed her anymore (she’d had only one litter.) Soon after, he told her that
this was becoming a somewhat common problem, and Vets were discussing
dropping the practice of multi-shots at a single visit. Her Vet already has
stopped. (He’s my cat’s doctor too, so I know the truth of that.)
I wonder if this isn’t something that needs to be researched in children.

that the whole vaccine thing needed to be more thoroughly researched, with

different way to stay on top of questions. But here goes again. I have
Lyme. I wss referred to this site from Wolf Creek who supplies diatamatious
earth, and the terminator zappper, and colloidal silver. Someone there has
been on this forum and has said that she has worked with people that have
Lyme and use these products. Anyone had success. I a pretty sick and sorry
for the impatience. I am desperate. The Lyme is ruining my life and need a
good protocol to and wondering if anyone has used these products with Lyme
with success.

Thanks
Mary Ellen
