ARAdmin?
Try placing your INSERT commands in a Stored Procedure and test it in
Query Analyzer. Then run the stored proc from workflow to see if it

in case... Could you use a SQL View into AD and then create a Remedy form on top
of the View? I have that setup here with the ADSI linked server.

The Remedy SSO interface requires additional configuration and
programming on mid tier. From what I have read (here and elsewhere)
and conversations I've had this is not trivial. Two mid tier-specific
products I reviewed cost $15K - $20K for SSO, plus annual support.
