The main differences with Organic is products, (plant & animal) are grown
without the use of pesticides, growth hormones, anti-biotics, etc.
For instance my home garden is completely organic. Fertilized with compost I
make myself. No Chemicals or pesticide/hormone ridden animal fertilizer.

you look at the ingredients most don't add sugar, it's

cruelty you mention meant that one girl ate only meat and eggs from
