have taken the test thought about it. I have read Todd Lammle's book CCNP
Switching Study Guide, I thought this book was a little basic in content and

have both a wave modem and an adsl modem and I use a Linksys "router".
The adsl does use PPPoE.
Using the Linksys means no client software installed on the PC or in your
case - router.
