Yes, the seiv is from MacGuy, he has a lot of them on ebay lately, but I'll bet they are all Micronet OEM versions... He doesn't say on his auction that these are micronet versions of the seiv. I already emailed him about it, but he hasn't answered in the last 3 days. Micronet still hasn't answe

Thanks to all who took a look at the picture of my PPC upgrade "mystery card", which does not appear to be for my Q950 after all. I'm still not sure what it is-- some have suggested it's for the LC575, others for the Q630 series. In any case, I'll be selling it on eBay if anyone's interested. -

I've (perhaps foolishly) purchased a PPC upgrade card on eBay for my Quadra 950. I thought it would plug into a slot, but instead it seems to be some sort of "in-socket" upgrade. Can anyone give me advice how to install this thing? Also, will it need special software? Thanks in advance. --

If the power supply is running(you should be able to hear the fan and any disk drives), try pushing the front restart button. I've been dealing with a finicky 950 for a few days, and if it was unplugged or turned off improperly, it wouldn't boot by the keyboard. But it would chime and boot up
