You could check the preview mode and make sure it is disabled; it causes problems when moving the selection over certain types of files where the previewer can't deal with those types, or their data isn't what the file extension indicates it should be. We just had such an incident a few

Yes you can do that as long as you have Windows 7 or 8 on your machine. Also computers are now so cheap like tablets and near cheap pc's which will have windows 10, I would just invest in that method in a few months and save the headaches of upgrading or updating to Windows 10. -Original
