Re: New Crazy Party tournament in February Hello everyone,First of all, we would like to take a moment to thank all the participants of the Crazy Party tournament both those who registered and those who were on the waiting list, in edition to those who volunteered to be leader of their groups. We also appreciate Pragma’s support and presence. We are grateful for all of you. In spite of having 80 registrations, only 55 people showed up, which is again a huge number. However, we had some issues at the beginning since the format was meant to be for 64 people. As a result, some groups started around 30 minutes later than expected, and others started almost on time.Despite all that, the tournament was concluded in 2 and a half hours.We have got 7 parties up, and we have taken top 4 winners, which ended up with 28 players. We have got a total of 80 registrations.That is more than double of the number we have originally planned for, therefore, we extended the format to include the first 64 participants out of the 80 registered. We also had to make some slight changes in the rules to match the new format as follows:The format will be almost the same, except we now have 8 groups of 8 players each, instead of 4 groups previously. The top 4 players of each group will advance to the next level, repeating the same process in the next levels until we reach the final with 8 players. And finally, the top 3 players of the final will be announced the winners.To make it more clear, that would be : 64 (8 groups), 32 (4groups), 16 (2 groups), and the final (8 players).For the players on the waiting list, Thank you for taking the time to register, please be there on time since 64 is a huge number, hence we expect absence, so you still have a chance to take part.any player who does not show up will be replaced by players from the waiting list. Any player who gets disconnected during the party will be sadly eliminated. we could not find a fair system since the number of participants is now doubled and we cannot include more players from those who are on the waiting list anymore. Re: crazy party micro games listing and guide! spoilerOn game 27, the one with the penguin, there are actually two routes, a lower route and an upper one Just go deep enough in the water and some underwater current will pull you across (it's the only time in cP I've seen this happen). I'm not sure if the penguin can escape this current or not, but iirc if you grab him and then immediately make for that current, you should be fine. It's been a while since I've played though, and I haven't played that game thousands of times, so maybe this doesn't always work, but it seems like it would be better than the alternative. Keep in mind that you can run diagonally in these games.game 13: If the gem disappears, you can either fall off the pit closest to you to restart, or bounce back and go all the way to the other side where there is another gem that won't disappear.game 31: its just a survival game, so you win or get the price if you manage to survive, or avoid every obstacle.game 36: You should walk on letters in the specified order to spell, in this case, a secret word,, just like in the play room game. So teams with average scoring, say 2 teams of 10 each I think gets you about 20 gems per round, or 10 if your team loses. crazy party micro games listing! Here I have used up a lot of my gems (in fact all but two) to make a guide of every single microgame in crazy party. Remember, if you enjoyed it, then please! please thumbs up!microgame 0It's the chasm jump. jump over the chasms jumping. played as a sidescroller you need to jump over the chasms. that's allmicrogame 1:It's the electroshock game; you need to run over the electric padds while they are not zapping. I know from experience that this is pattern-based.It's the underwater microgame number 1. Only starting with 6 or 7 health, you need to find the bubbles until you get the ruby by going to the north. It's top down game.game 3: it's a desert maze game with cactuses. I don't really know how it works, but you can cut down the cacti.Again it's top down game.game 4:it's another electric game. you need to press the up arrow to get on the rung, but when you here the electro ball coming, go down and wait for it to pass, sort of like the windy peek minigame.game 5:It's a beach game. you need to pass the coconut trees. then, go underwater, avoid the fish and fetch the ruby.game 6: it's a zombie game. move around the 2d grid, kill all the zombies with your sword, and then a door will open to the north and you can collect the ruby from inside the little room there.game 7: it is the wasp's lake game. walk across the water until you find the island. avoid the wasps as you go. then go up on top of the tree and collect the ruby.game 8:It's a dig game. the ruby seems close in this topdown grid, but no. there is a wall there, surrounding the little chamber, and you need to find the diggable part. walk around the wall but don't spend too much time! It can take a while to complete the digging.game 9: bat fly game. You have to walk left and right, climbing up and down through the little passages. but be careful because, there are bats there, and if you are climbing up or down in the middle of a step when they fly by, then you will go crunch!game 10: icey game. there is a slippery bit of ice, and a wall in some parts, but there is an opening in the wall on one side so you can slide to get the ruby.game 11: volcano game. You have to mainly stay on the middle lanes that cross north. You will hear a gravelly stepping sound when you are there. but take care to avoid the baby dragons! The good news? If you move out of their way, they'll just keep on going staying on their lane. So, use that to your advantage and cross. go too far to the left or right and you will hear a squishy sound. Go another step in that direction and .. splash! Into the lava you will go.game 12: more icey game with water in the middle of it. topdown. evil. polar bears. electric eels. almost impossible, no strategy yet.game 13: ice chasm game. it is a side scroller game again. but seemingly, what must be done is this. jump right into the middle of the chasm, no less and no further. then, you will get bounced to the right. pray that you land on the ruby, otherwise it will disappear and I don't know a way to get it to come back.game 14: follow the desert shadow through the maze. make sure you don't lose it, as if you don't you will get stuck. this game you are very tight on time, so be hasty and keep very close to the cloud, if possible, even a couple of steps ahead. Not too many though, otherwise if it goes in a new direction you may have to cut back.game 15: buoy rainbow teleport game. You need to touch the first buoy, then go through the teleporter. cross the cave, go through the other teleporter and touch the second buoy. then you will win.game 16: turtle race game. the buzzers at the key f sharp means go forward, the ones at d sharp means go right, and the ones at the key b means to go left. I learned these so I knew which direction I should go in advance. and it might help you too.Warning, too far off the track and you will fall and have to start again!game 17: weird fire cloud ladder game. jump over the chasms, heading right, then up, then left, then up, then repeat that sequence until you get to the ruby..game 18: more volcano game, in this one you have to go forward across the path until you here the squishy sound. then go back until you are on gravel again, but only one step, and try both directions, right and left.game 19: it's extremely chaotic, with electric balls, shock pads, and robots trying to kill you. I've not figured out how to beat it yet.game 20: desert game, like mirages for bonuses, except there are snakes (I saw 1 or 2) trying to get you, so watch out!game 21: the mushrooms path, mini edition.game 22: it is a 2d game where you have to avoid the chasms, and the swirls, to get to the north where the ruby is.game 23: beach game. there is first a bit of sand with a crab on it moving from right to left and left to right. then a watery bit with an electric eel. then another sandy bit with a crab. the crabs won't leave the sand, as the eel won't leave the water. the ruby is on the northmost bit

Any tips for crazy party gems Hello!I really want to be able to unlock the 500 gems minigames lists feature in cp, but I really just don't think I'll have enough time to do that at my current rate of gem-getting. So, are there any tips to earn faster that people have found are good? I want to be able o stay away from cheat engine and asking for save files, so any help to stay away from doing these things would be much appreciated. Re: can I have a crazy party save? Well, on that note I can't do color flowers either, but you don't have to unlock all the games. If you aren't good at some what's the point of getting a save? You'll still suck at them when they come up online and they will destroy your score. So your save, if you are hosting a party usually games in which you are good or decent. Still, if you were to use someone's save nothing wrong with that, just saying that it would be quite pointless to later play those games. I agree with the philosophy of getting a save just to experience more parts of the game you can't reach, especially if one day you end up completing it with your own file. As in, it is dificult for me to tell the difference between sounds there are somewhat simular. I just can't do the collored flowers, or whatever it's called, game. I also hate bonus games cause it is hard for me to center sounds. So now give me a save. lol jk. Re: can I have a crazy party save? It's especially harder on laptop keyboards, which are becoming less and less robust as time goes by, unless you've got really good kit. most of us don't. To put this in perspective, my current laptop has gone in for two separate keyboard replacements, and if I'd kept using it, we'd have had two or three more by now. But when the up and down arrows broke again, after less than two months of everyday use, I decided to hell with it, and now I use an external. I know that my experience is not the norm, but I really don't want to play -any games that really make you hammer a lot of keys in a short amount of time anymore. CP isn't brutal for this sometimes, but there are dozens of games that require a lot more key-presses than you might otherwise be bothering with.People are free to not share their saves, obviously. And see, I'd agree with the sentiment if CP had a story, or if exploration was an honest-to-goodness thing. But it's really kind of not. To me at least, unlocking games feels like busywork, and I hate having to play games I dislike just to get to games that I end up liking. Sometimes that can be cool, but oftentimes (and in this game in particular for me) it's not. While I probably have been a bit harsher than I should be at times when it comes to people asking for saves, with Crazy Party in particular, I can't help but have the same reaction. It doesn't make sense to me how someone wouldn't want to experience all that the game has to offer. If you don't care enough to develop your own strategies, or feel compelled to play the games in order to get good at them, then, frankly, why the hell are you playing? For me, personally, getting someone else's save would ruin the game entirely for me. I will take what some others have said into account, though, and try not to be so hard on those who ask for saves in the future, though I do strongly disagree with it, and most likely always will.Also, I agree that CP is no more or less harmful to keyboards than some of the older audio game titles. I would not see handing someone my save file as saving the keyboards, if you will. To me, that concept is silly, and I make no apologies for my stance. Re: can I have a crazy party save? Thing is, keyboards are created to be used. You don't need to hammer the keys in CP minigames, only to press them fast, which should not be harmful in any way. Again, my theory is not proven either, and it is totally possible that people did break their keyboards while playing games, however that never happened to me and I am just sharing my experience. I understand people who don't want to do it though, it does not even have to be for this reason, there are people who simply have difficulties pressing keys fast. My current keyboard is a cheapo USB model that's still going pretty strong after nearly a year and a half of heavy use, and I'm happy with it. Still don't feel like pounding it to death playing minigames.For me, if I ever ask for a CP save, it's because I want to experience the game for fun but don't really care about going all hardcore and stuff. These games, for me, are not precisely what I'm after, so while I'd like to mess around with them, I don't want to put in hours of frustration and keyboard punishment just to muddle around. If someone wanted to let me have a save, cool. If not, I'm not too bothered.At this point, I'm pretty sure Christian's reputation is trashed, so I am hoping, for the time being at least, that people do not help him. There was this time during which I could not complete AAC no matter what. I found a save file and used it just because I was curious how does it look like when a game is complete. And while I read the mess that went on today concerning Liam's stream, I'm leaving that completely out of my thoughts in this post.First and foremost, I'm not exactly sure why the op wants a CP save, and I'm not about to pretend I know him or his motives. I'm only speculating. It's certainly possible that he doesn't want to wreck his keyboard, finds many games too difficult, or doesn't want to do hard grinding again. I'll mention that later, but will entertain the earlier mentioned points first, especially now that a minigames tournament is upcoming.I'll admit CP is hard on keyboards. I grew up with key mashing games though so perhaps that's why I don't have a problem with that. I've become better in recent years at turning key mashing into relaxed key presses which I can retain without as much fatigue. I've had to, after hurting my wrists when I was a kid by playing too much troopanum and Blast Chamber. Those were the good old days hahaha. I don't quite understand how someone could wreck a keyboard playing CP though, to the point of justifying handing out a save to keep a new keyboard from being wrecked. Trust me, about half the key mashing games aren't that bad.As an example, the games where you have to tap the four arrows in sequence can be much more of a breeze if you reposition yourself physically at the keyboard. For me, what works is left hand index finger on up arrow, then in the right hand, ring finger on right arrow, middle on down arrow and index on left arrow. Then lightly but quickly press up with left hand, then roll your right hand fingers to go rightdownleft, like a horse gallop. And just do that over and over, alternating between left hand on up, and right hand on the rightdownleft motion. Iirc there's another game where the sequence is up down right left or something like that, which is harder, but the jist is to just find a pattern you can do quickly and without any fatigue/pain. Of course there are those games which require you to hit a single key quickly, but using enter instead of f helps considerably in those situations, and while it's not exactly comfortable, I can cope if I hit enter with both hands. Sure, key mashing might not be for everyone in principal, and some people just aren't good at it, so I'm not trying to say it's this cool underrated mechanic or anything. I just think it gets a bad wrap because a lot of people focus on mashing more than safety and comfort. They can coexist.I also will admit that CP has brutally difficult games which rely on accurate volume/pan/pitch separation. For someone with autism, the intellectual world can be a freeking nightmare. For the numerically challenged, the math games are equally so. ?For those who aren't pitch conscious, colored flowers, making a key, musical doors etc. may be a struggle. For those with hearing loss, everything is up in the air. If an intellectual game comes up, I'm among the lowest three places in score most of the time, and those who score lower than me in the intellectual games are often poor players in general, so I feel a little stupid to be among those. But if a math game comes up, I'm the last surviving which makes me kind of uncomfortable, , and with musical flowers especially, I am always winning competition unless I get distracted. I've been accused of cheating at these types of games more than once, though I do know people better than me, so that gives me comfort. CP is just riddled with things people can and cannot do, and it's unfortunately easy to cheat in a fair number of the games. But if you like to be pushed in many different directions, CP is great, though not without balancing flaws.I can see if someone wanted an unlocked save just to experience everything; I have a friend who can't do any of the action games because he simply doesn't have the reflexes to cope with them, but I'd love to show him the games in the play room world since he just might enjoy those. I didn't actually do it. hell I wasn't even around for about 57.222343222 percent of the stream anyways. so anyways, when I got back from doing what I was doing, I tuned in just to here them talking about the racial names, when liam wanted to try to do another minny game party, I was about to do just set my name as fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck and just play online with them. but before I could do it, he had already shut down the server. I was actually talking to a friend on skype about this stuff, when I just had the bright idea to just say I did it on here, and my reasoning? well, it's pretty simple, noone cares about what I have to say, and my reputation is already fucked up so why not? and that's how the topic was created, so long story short, it was just another attention grabbers. But we have constantly criticizing members like deathstar, and the fact you are here says that admins are 100 percent neutral towards anyone. If they were not and if they simply hated someone or banned someone whenever they disagreed with him, how comes you have not been banned? Finally, not sure what makes me a know it all member, but as you wish. You always have something against everybody so that's your choice. It's also your choice whether you will or won't ask for a save file. If you had asked, I would have said the same thing. In fact, my opinion was the same when jonixter asked about a Crazy party save. I'm good at that part of the game, I've got some mean decks that rip apart the grand council, and it still takes a long, long time to unlock cards.No one's going to force you, personally, to share your save if you want to just let your hard work count for your own sake. But please don't try and discourage others from doing this if they wish. However, the game does allow you to delete only the mini game data from your save file and leave the battle data in if you want to reset only the minigame progress. I've never had any issues while using NVDA.@55, yeah, it would be a pain to have to unlock everything again if you lost your save file, but it's still better than the alternative, which is mooching off someone else. You didn't unlock all those games/cards, they did. I had a friend who lost his save file. I toyed with the idea of giving him mine to help him along, but ultimately, he wanted to get everything unlocked himself. That's the right attitude to have IMO, no matter how much it sucks to have to go through that whole process again. Besides, I'd argue that, for games at least, if you've been playing on a consistent basis, you'll breeze through the worlds a lot quicker than you would have your first go round.
