Re: CS>dental mercury
I shudder every time I see the amalgam issue talked about and people dont bother to join an amalgam specific list and learn more. I've read alot and still have my amalgams The point is, each person is different. The main problem does not have to be exposure from removal, it is that the body has learned to live being exposed to merc. After removal, there is a time frame after which the body realizes it is no longer being poisoned and then the body will start dumping the body stores of mercury from all over. That is where many people that think they were better start getting much worse, and this can take you all the way down with no way back for some. My case has the added down side that I have dysbiosis(leaky gut) and that is a definate problem for dealing with body stores. Just check it out before you go too far too fast. Hope I said it all correctly. -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. BushGreenwatch wrote:*** BUSHGREENWATCH Tracking the Bush Administration's Environmental Misdeeds http://www.bushgreenwatch.org *** March 29, 2005 RELIGIOUS USE OF MERCURY ENDANGERING LATINO AND CARIBBEAN COMMUNITIES While mercury contamination caused by coal-fired power plants continues to make headlines, government agencies have glossed over an even more direct form of mercury poisoning. Dr. Arnold P. Wendorff, director of the New York-based Mercury Poisoning Project, has urged both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the New York State and City health departments to address the religious use of mercury in Latino communities in New York City. But despite his 15-year campaign, Dr. Wendorff told BushGreenwatch that the government agencies have yet to "substantively address the issue." In many Latino and Caribbean communities, mercury has long been used in religious ceremonies associated with the Voodoo, Santeria, Espiritismo and Palo traditions of Caribbean origin. During these ceremonies, mercury, called azogue by practitioners, is sprinkled around the home, sometimes near a child's crib, or outside the front door of an apartment. The idea is to repel evil spirits. Some 47,000 capsules of mercury are sold each year in local stores-- called botanicas -- scattered throughout the Bronx. Such widespread distribution could contaminate up to 13,000 homes. A survey of 203 adult residents of New York City found that 44 percent of Caribbean respondents, and 27 percent of Latin American respondents reported having used mercury in magico-religious ceremonies. Following a ceremony, mercury vapor can remain in households for years, with severely harmful health consequences. A mere .7 grams of mercury can emit substantial levels of mercury vapor for over 15 years-- and these ceremonies often use up to 10 grams of mercury. [1] Inhalation of mercury vapor is one of the most direct means of exposure, as the human body absorbs 80% of mercury inhaled. [2] Even residents who do not practice these ceremonies may suffer health consequences; mercury vapor can permeate cracks in floors and escape into hallways. Frustrated over the lack of response from the EPA and the New York City Health Department, Dr. Wendorff filed a new complaint with the EPA's Office of the Inspector General on February 7th, but the Agency has yet to respond. The EPA and New York State and City health departments, however, are not the only branches of government to brush off the issue. Wendorff has lobbied several members of Congress. He says they were initially receptive to his pleas, but became discouraged upon recognizing the complexity of the problem. ### SOURCES: [1] Hidden Danger, NRDC report, Oct. 20, 2004, http://ga3.org/ct/0pz1nS51rm3d/. I am so sorry for not paying attention. Can you all share with me your thoughts on Shingles, my friend appears to have this. CS>*****OT, need your help
Hello All, Some of you know me and many do not. I am sorry to take up space but many here are very well read in alternative therapies and I need help for my friend's daughter. She was diagnosed with crohn's a few years ago. I had thought they were doing well, we lost touch when they moved away. I talked with her yesterday and the docs have basically sent her daughter home to die(22 years old), but not until they had removed 2/3 of her colon and ileum:(. She told me she has crohn's from her esophagus down and has growths too. She has a duodenal bypass. She has also just been diagnosed with a tumor on her pituitary. They never tested her via GreaterSmokies etc for pathogens but she has had many rounds of antibiotics of course. She is no longer able to eat, she gets parenteral nutrition, exact components I can get? She is on pain management. I told them about Beck devices and I know about Rife but do not have a R/B currently. Any ideas on this will be most appreciated. CS>***?silver wire pure or not??
Hi All, As long as I have been hanging around here, you would think I would know all the answers to making my own but I have used store bought till recently. My silver either looks blackish while being made or looks golden and then turns blackish some timer later, within a few days/week. While making ,it looks like the cloud coming off the wire is black. I remember seeing reference to possibly getting sterling wire and this making the wrong color. How can I be sure my wire is the right wire? Can I take it to a local jeweler and can they tell me? I have these type symptoms and have read that this can be caused by candida in the muscles. It seems to fit my case, I got worse when I started taking anti candida meds, not sticking to the diet religiously and not rotating the meds(over the counter health food store, not prescription). If I eat sugar, it most definately gets worse. I have these plans and was going to use them to make the silver for the horses. I don't know now if they are even viable plans for making correct silver. It appealed to me to not have to use electricity like some of the expensive machines that make more silver faster??? Maybe it was divine intervention that my husband is so slow to do this for me.:) Any help is much appreciated. Another FM CFIDS url. Lots of article links at bottom, some of which I relate to possible use of CS. Has leaky gut/candida info. Re: Just thoughts
Reid, I worry about you taking so many antibiotics. Do you not get herx reactions with your CS and so you don't think it is doing any good or are you just so determined to kill this damn bug? I know that the drugs do a number on your immune system each time you use them and that is why I worry about you more. Re: One woman's experience with CS
Well Whitney, I am glad to read your post as I did not know this feeling of impending death was also an herx. I thought I just felt bad during a herx but the recent heart involvement scared me mega tons as with my weird dehyrdration, I thought my heart was surely on it's way out. Too humiliated to go to the emergency room again after two trips when nutrasweet was dealing me the bad hands. Thanks for sharing. Arginine in the daytime huh? I use the ornithine at night as it works for sleep. Anyone try the molybdenum?? Rest of you, I tried the 5-htp and with my brain chemistry , it did a big number on me it would appear, took several days to react. To be sure, I will try it again when I am improved in health. OT/Scopes
Hi All, I have and Illuminator model 1036A scope from American Optical, says Spenser on it under the AO. Can anyone tell me how good this scope is, what I might be able to do with it to help our research. My vet is trying to buy it from me but he won't tell me what it's worth. We looked at horse worm eggs the other day and he found one that had two tails where there should be one. No, I did not have any problems after the fear on the first day. I did the whole thing and then the maintenance but not for long as I was to have surgery and did not know if my right upper quadrant pain was my liver or my gall bladder so I stopped it to be sure and have not started up again. Re: Brain fog anecdotes
Clark says, comfortingly, that if you dont' sleep > through the night, "you may have the worst night of your life" well, I have > not slept through a night in the last decade. And no amount of ornithine is > going to fool my body into thinking eight hours equals four. I used Clarkes parasite program and the ornithine worked for me like a charm and I have had insomnia as a symptom for over a decade also. (those wonderful docs gave me halcyon, thank heaven I had the sense not to try that) If I woke up, I took another one and fell back to sleep in a much shorter time. So many factors to this scenario but do you use any nutrasweet, that is what started my horror story? The year it came out is the year of my decline. Anyone know any bad things about ornithine supplementation? I said last week that I connected worsened brain fog/die off(herx). One thing that connects with what Reid said as to thick blood, last summer I had memory problems so bad and equilibrium problems and symptoms of stroke and I take meds for blood pressure that is an adrenal inhibitor as this is only what works for me so far and now I have such horrific dehydration and I read on the web that LOW BLOOD pressure causes dehydration. I can sit here and guzzle water all day and not restore my hydration. Anyone have any theories on that one? I have aspartame poisoning, I guess you could say it ruined most of my adult life and continues , I guess. I will like to hear this. Do you think that die off too can cause brain fog? You know some say that coke(and others?) is putting aspartame in some products and not labeling it as such, too small an amount or calling it flavoring I think is the way they are getting around it. They said when Coke was called and asked point blank, they would not answer the question. Since I have regressed so much in the last two months, I will see if CS will help me.
