Lena, have you tried resveratrol for Lymes. If you can find the invasive, Japanese Knotweed, dig up the roots.. it contains more resveratrol than any plant. I read about it in the Invasive Plant Medicine book. Dry the roots and scrape them into a spoon of honey or something like that, or put them in vegecaps and swallow. Bartonella I think is the main enemy by far right now. I have been sick since age 16, and just kind of lived with it until age 22. I couldn't live with it anymore. It was do or die. In what I now think was truly a race for my life, I finally got diagnosed with Lyme at age 23. Somehow I finished grad school. I am now 25, and too sick to work. I have a B.S. and M.S. in industrial engineering from a top university. I've done all sorts of crazy therapies. The ones that have helped the most for my particular case: 1. Coconut oil absolutely ransacked candida where as nystatin and diflucan had no apparent effect at all. 2. Doug coil rife machine herxed and improved on Lyme frequencies and eventually stopped being effective. Presumably because the other infections are the bad guys left. 3. Homemade ionic silver. Sometimes as much as 32 oz a day. Somewhat regularly for a few months. Then it stopped being effective orally. If I don't take it for 4 or 5 days, I feel some bugs edging up. I take CS, then it knocks that feeling out for 4 or 5 days. I think I might slowly head backwards if I did not keep doing this with the CS. In general, I tend not to respond to treatments. I am the guy who wishes he could get something to make him herx, but just can't. The latest development in my treatment: IV silver nitrate I have had two treatments so far. First one have me a herx that was almost literally identical to flu. Fever, chills, weakness, etc. I have never in my life had a herx that felt like the immune system was actually doing its job! The second treatment was lower dose cuz I was scared after the first treatment. No flu symptoms but more usual herx symptoms (fatigue, depression, brain fog). There is an MMS list and we have a chemist on it, who says that the vomiting and diarrhea that comes from taking MMS the way Jim says is actually from chlorine poisoning rather than overload of die-off. He advocates (and uses) a 5% strength of sodium chlorite rather than the 28% MMS. There are those that have followed Jim's protocol and claim they've gotten their normal lives back after years of illness, and those that say he saved my life and so they are vehement against the chemist's gentler, safer protocol. Though he doesn't belong to the list, Jim came on to debate Tom and wound up looking bad (as in he could only defend himself by repeating 'I've given this to thousands of people and therefor it is safe'). Then there are those like me who go--if I had something really serious I was trying to kill I'd use Jim's (new) protocol--which, by the way, he changed from his original protocol because he finally had to admit, without actually admitting, that he did not understand the chemistry of sodium chlorite, nor what it does in the body, nor how long it is actually IN the body--of a few drops every few hours. BUT--for anything less serious I would certainly use the much safer 5% method the chemist recommends. As he says--it does the same thing as Jim's method, it just takes longer. There are situations where you don't mind it taking longer and then there are situations where you want it to be gone NOW. So I feel there is room for both. Jim, on the other hand, really hates anyone who tries to say his protocols aren't THE end to all illnesses. I've been using MMS since the web first heard about it, as MMS. Sodium chlorite, of course, has been used for decades before Jim brought it to public attention, with his own 'discovered' method. So you pretty much have to read both sides and choose for yourself. Sodium chlorite as MMS has always been a product of extremes. It does one thing for this person and the exact opposite for the next person, in every body response reported from MMS users. I've been on 2 MMS lists (one now defunct) for at least 3 years now and have 'seen it all'. MMS is an amazing thing, but it is MEDICINE, and should be handled with safety. Jim doesn't believe that there is anything at all unsafe about it. I was told that Vicks vapor rub or any similar would reduce those nasty red ant bites within a day. I think it's something to do with the eucalyptus, menthol.. that's in those things. Hey, I've got one of those too!!! It's lasted since 2005!!! I heard they run out after a year .. but it still works great.. and I had some gorgeous frankincense natural oil deodorant from Lush [a fancy shop in the uk] and keep it in the same bag.. so use that occasionally too. Yes, they could kill the deodorant business but it's just a deodorant, like the CS mixture and you know how fussy people are about sweat.. the patches around their clothes etc.. if we can kill that fear, then we could kill the deathly aluminium deodorant business!! I put some oregano oil drops into water and keep it in a bottle, shake it up and pour it into a CS spray bottle! I use it when gardening to keep the bugs away... it isn't perfect, but it does seem to help.. I read oregano is a general 'pesticide' when used in the garden to ward off pests from other things!!! My cat got in a fight, and I immediately put CS on his scratched eye.. it went all yukky yesterday and I put more on and this morning it seems much better, les pussy, more caking into a good wound healing. We are almost broke, lost our car in a terrible accident, which my husband survived [car pulled right in front of him with no signal in busy Atlanta 6-lane traffic and we hate going to Atlanta and live miles out in the countryside]... and no insurance to replace, the perpetrator drove off and no numbers.. but lots of witnesses! And no money to buy a new one. So we thought, someone may gift us an old car they have hanging around... Yesterday someone answered a facebook plea and lives locally and drove round to our place and took us back and loaned us her newish Isuzu Trooper, until April 22 when her husband returns and needs it for work. She even offered to swap with her two day old fancy new car if she needeed it to haul something over the weekend. There's all sorts of crap on the ground and you just don't know where it came from. Unless you go up there and take a direct sample, chem trails remain a con perfectly explainable by relative humidity, the fact that air is not homogenous and the addition of water vapor from hydro-carbon combustion kicks high humidity zones into cloud formation. Even the jet cannot possibly carry that much water [or spray] and most of it was already there. Hydro-carbon Hydrogen plus Oxygen = water. Add come carbon particles for that water to condense onto with an increased relative humidity = cloud that will not dissipate while the air at that altitude is that damp. There are ways to calculate the volume and weight of water in a cloud and the numbers just don't add up to an airplane being ABLE to carry it all up there. NOT POSSIBLE That

Sara, I wish you well. I was struck by a line in your post about your Amish friends helping you build a shed. Have you posted more about them... I am always interested in finding information about people connecting like this.. it made my heart smile. I get so many posts with this and two other voluminous lists, often I miss things. Please can you share more about them... My aim, I am discovering is to find, as my husband says, the tendrils that connect ALL groups, and be part of that uniting. What I love about this list, and I've said it before, is that Mike lets it follow all avenues of natural wellness and even beyond that. Don't know if epsom salts might also help with the kidney stones. Good news is it is helping - to some extent at any rate. Took the dose after I wrote the post, few hours ago. Still having some waves but not nearly as intense as prior to the dose. And I finally feel hungry - was nauseus, probably from the pain, all day. The oil mixture was hard to keep down. But it sure was worth it. Its not fixed yet, but so much better. I'll probably take another dose before bed. Jumping might be helpful, but I'm not up for it, not today at any rate. If its not better by morning, I'll try guzzling a bunch of coke and follow it up with asparagus. I never have coke on hand, but our Amish friends are helping us with building a shed, and they enjoy it for a treat, so have plenty to give it a try. CSFw: Lest We Forget
All of us here share the common interest of alternative wellness methods be it colloidal silver or many of the other things that Mike so kindly allows discussion of on here. You, like me, may well have been led to explore these alternatives because of the failure of standard medical practice to help you or your friends/loved ones. I have no healthcare, I can't afford it and don't want it. I accept that in certain circumstances [and even those can be avoided when we are totally present and aware e.g. 'accidents'] current medical healthcare is our savior. However, the reason we need healthcare as it is is because the government, food and pharmaceutical industries are in cahoots to make profits at the expense of our health. When we address this situation at grass roots level, we will find that the answer to our challenges and more importantly the challenges of our children and those that come to this earth after we are long gone, is to eat healthy and nutritious food untainted by chemicals or additives. There is probably less hope for those of us alive on this earth today because we have already been infected. Unless you grew up eating organic, untainted food and never touched coffee, junk, sugar etc in the kind of proportions we are mostly used to, you, like me, will be facing health challenges. I write this because I want to urge you to pass on this message and to watch and if you have already seen them, to share movies such as Food Inc... Fresh, The Story of Stuff, The Story of Cap and Trade http://www.thestoryofstuff.com [both films are on this site] and I know you are a receptive audience, who care about wellness... and know how important it is, even if we cannot save ourselves, to make sure that the Earth is freed from the forces that are destroying our health and that of the Earth we depend on for our nurture. Look into getting alternative energy forms that make you self sufficient. Investigate alternative low cost wellness methods in addition to growing healthy food. Grow medicinal herbs,forage for wild foods, catch and filter your own water, make your own colloidal silver, explore alternative methods of healthcare and develop a wellness support network wherever you are sharing remedies and information. RE US and UK..having been in both worlds.. there are a lot of BBC links from the UK including ability to watch BBC shows online that don't work here. Hulu is one xample of the vice versa situation. Couldn't access it from UK IP. know why, must be some international agreement... crazy eh. Don't think it's about them keeping the film close... medicine or MSM.. Like your friend, Lois, I'll try anything... haven't got
any glycerine, but assumed it's a non active ingredient, so just tried today
pasting on CS and DMSO in the same ration as you suggested.. let's see... I'm
concerned about the post shingles neuralgia.. that some sites 'threaten'... but
know it's better not to focus on what I don't want...
I had NO idea shingles came from having chicken pox.. and that there is a
vaccine in theUS for those over 62 [I don't qualify yet!]... off to investigate
that vaccine now.. I am wary of all vaccines..but just curious..

Hi Sunny, found this by chance when I read one of the GMO subjects... I have a
friend who was hit by a really bad case of shingles. I had never tried this
but she said she would try anything. I gave her some EIS--( CS ) a bottle
of what I call the Brooks Mix She took a tsp per day of EIS (CS) applied
the Mix to the shingles topically... In about a week they were gone. This
was over a year ago she had one reoccurrence when she had not had any EIS.
Now she has her own simple generator no more shingles...

Here's another great place for seeds and anyone wanting to get medicinal herbs. Ships out of Oregon. They will ship to Germany - read this rider - to International Customers, they specify certain European countries where they cannot guarantee arrival.. Germany is NOT one. You want dried seeds anyway, not fresh ones.. as they wouldn't last the journey probably. And there's no reason why they wouldn't pass customs as there probably isnt some law about buying seeds yet... it's just that so many of the seeeds available are tainted... so you've gotta look far and wide. This place was recommended by my permaculture instructor Chuck Marsh who grows medicinal herbs and plants as well as unusual ones. Shopping today in the local church food shop for the 'less wealthy' or as some call it 'The THursday shop' we were perusing the ridiculously low cost vitamins when we heard the word 'silver'. My husband says to the guy 'are you talking about colloidal silver?' Yes he says.. I've been using it for 10 years. Got a generator made by some guy up Mineral Bluff way'.. He was a retired cop now working as a bodyguard. He said that he got a bad sinus infection a couple of times and used CS.. and every day he sprays it down his throat religiously. Wow and how sad. Last night watched an episode of Little House in the Prairie. Charles Ingalls got the chance to go to Chicago as rep of Walnut Grove at a national organisation for farmers/railroad conference. He was put in a private compartment on the train, a suite in the plush hotel and wined and dined.. and then taken aside by a guy who said 'we'll make sure you get your grain lift at your local station'. Ingalls was naively delighted. Later in his hotel room a 'lady of the night' knocks on his door saying she'd been sent by the head honcho. He of course refuses. Next day he goes to the conference and the same guy takes him aside saying 'so you'll be voting 'no' to state regulations?'. Ingalls looked confused and then he got it. He stood up and spoke his mind at the farmers meeting, denouncing the bribery and giving up any chance of getting the much needed grain lift for the local train station. He travelled home in the peasants carriage! In this day and age his equivalent would probably have been blackmailed, gotten an incurable disease out of the blue or worse still too damned scared to vote with his conscience for fear of losing dollars. Not wanting to make waves has become a national epidemic, very similar to the one that swept Nazi Germany and occupied Europe. And it makes perfect sense that Irene Sendler, who rescued 2,500 Jewish children from the Warsaw Ghetto in her toolbox lost out on the Nobel Prize to Al Gore who, as someone so eloquently put it, got it for giving a slide show on the environment which cost zillions of carbon miles to make! Correction of facts. So Not Man did not create Aspartame. They bought out Searle who did create it. Then they changed its name to Nutra Sweet and sold it on after making their load. And I feel sick. Hey all, I'm on a mission to spread the word, and if we are to do that we need information that we can distribute in easily digestible form The very fact that we are all interested in CS and other alternative wellness methods suggests that we care about our nutrition and what goes into our bodies. If you care about civil liberties you should care. The great Not So Man is creating seeds that are modified to not produce seeds after one time use. That's building in fake obsolescence for the pure motives of profit. They are also claiming patents on their genes. We all know that GMO seeds spread in the wind. Farmers in Mexico wanted to grow a form of old time heirloom corn.. they'd been growing for years. They discovered when tested that their corn had been fertilized by GMO seeds and contained GMO genes. The move of So Not Man is to patent their genes so that corn like this no longer belongs to the farmers but to them. Even if you dont care about your health... please care about our liberties. When Hitler started to prune the Jews, many didn't care..it's not happening on our doorstep... but he had to be stopped otherwise he'd have gotten total power and then eradicated not ony Jews, but everyone of mixed race, black, native american, chinese... Big oaks from little acorns grow...and in this case they're not friendly like oaks! Many of the seeds have to be used with fertilizer and herbicides, all of which destroy the earth. I was also seeing a chiropractor every two weeks for an adjustment. I started a number of supplements at the time to heal another problem, but the one supplement that tightened the tissues up around the disc was vitamin C. Within six months I was not seeing a chiropractor and my disc was healing. I was taking 10,000 mg of Vitamin C at that time. When I thought at the time I may be looking at a disc removal and fusion of two vertabrae, ikt passed. I have taken 10,000 mg daily for the last 35 years. I have now upped the vitamin C to between 15,000 mg - 18,000 mg daily (over the course of the day with meals). There is a bowel tolerance with Vit C. You need to build-up to the 10,000 mg daily over the course of a week to two weeks. If it loosens your bowel movements, don't worry - your system will adapt. Add some calcium, vit D 3, silica and magnesium to your supplement list. Cod liver oil or Krill oil should help with the inflamation. You must be very disciplined and from my experience, you'll have to take these supplements forever. If I don't take my Vit C for a day, two or three, my back notices it very soon. Hey all you health seekers, I've got a few questions about silver before I buy my machine.. as I'm gonna get all the associated 'stuff' as well.. 1. STORAGE I'm thinking I should store in glass. I just washed out a nice apple juice glass bottle with a handle and thought should the glass be dark, or can I use clear glass with a covering like tinfoil or black paper round the outside to keep out the light? 2. SILVER GEN AND THE JAR TO USE UNDERNEATH IT The silver gen will apparently output the CS into any jar? Any recommendations - like mason jars? I'm wondering about the sterility of glasses. I don't have a dishwasher. Is it important what I wash my glasses in and if so what do you recommend. 3. SILVER DOSAGE BOTTLES I want to make this to keep us health and to give away to women's groups with a view to selling it at half the price of the cheapest colloidal on the market or exchanging it for other commodities like honey, food etc. What kind of bottles would you recommend for this? Any ideas where to get them and a source of labels ? I can research this but if you have something just there and can paste it.. that would save more time. Off topic and yet very interesting. I heard a rumor from a friend of a friend who worked for Derren Brown. He explained to me how through a system of tiny hidden optical cameras, and earphone communication and signals, Derren Brown can appear to be a magician. I also studied the basis of Derren Brown's skill - something called Neuro Linguistic programming. I studied with the guy who created it. Much of what I learned and haven't always put into action, is that the mind has the ability to control the physical from temperature reduction to healing.. yet it requires a serious re-programming of habitual neuralapathways. So in answer to your question about how come people can't.. well some of them just can't.. we are not all equal in our abilities.. Our whole approach is the result of a mingling of parental, religious, societal waves of belief that have swept over us... and direct what data we sort for and how we filter the data that comes in. I think part of this whole healing thing is belief. Every thought we have affects our physical..emotions are literally energy shifts caused by physiological change in our bodies caused by thoughts that lead us to make associations.. and stir up the automatic instincts, fight, flight, freeze and a moving towards what works or moving away from a problem.. So whilst CS is a wonderful product because I beleive in it, it might be that for osmeone else, itwill have no effect because their physical cellular structure is being affected by their thoughts... John I admire your attention to health. And I'm wondering two thing.. how much must it cost to take all these supplements and if we dont have those kind of funds, where can we obtain this naturally. Could it be by growing a forest garden? I'm serious here... when I had money I'd buy all this stuff.. and start a regime.. but to be naturally healthy these days it appears one has to also have a lot of 'money-energy'. No griping here, I chose a life of simplicity to divest myself.. but wellness is paramount. Can anyone share how we can get these nutrients more naturally.. for example, berries from a bush and food that is readily available locally? CSA question
About 8 months ago I bought a large bottle of colloidal silver. When it was halfway done I decided to add some oil of oregano to the mix. I've been using it ever since [spraying it on my gums because I did have some dental problems and didn't want them to recur] and now am beginning to think that I've ruined the silver. ;-) Is this the case...? thanks sunny A peek into our world.. Hi there, I am interested in taking baking soda with a nebulizer. I have done a few searches on the net and am not clear on how nebulizers work. One site said that you needed a compressor as well as a nebulizer. Others, which offer steam nebulizers seem pretty clear, but are expensive and electrically powered. I am looking for a nebulizer that is manually powered [if such a thing exists] that I can fill with liquid and inhale into my lungs. Interesting. I've heard from the Jim Humble book that MMS is very effective against anthrax. And sadly, there's not much funding for the kind of scientific research the gov has imposed on 'healing' so much so that only the drg companies can afford it. What a vicious circle. It wouldn't surprize me if hs had used it.. but it probably wouldn't be out there much, because there is another agenda when it comes to our healing and it doesn't involve promoting things that don't put lots of pennies in certain pockets. What I believe really matters is that we find our own healing and wellness products and continue to use them and to share them with others as best we can. I salute the owner of this list for not getting uppity about peole discussing other wellness products. I sense that people who come to a list like this are already sorting for alternative wellness and coming across lots of really cool things.. I love MMS and CS for the very fact that they are both harmless or appear to be. I've taken MMS for a year regularly, stopped for a while and started to redose myself weekly or twice weekly in the winter season. When I feel a bit under I take some. Jim Humble says of MMS that he's used it loads of times and tried it out a lot on himself... but he doesn't have the money to research it so there's no 'scientific' evidence as such. My husband said 'well can they put it on something on a microscope and show how it dispels pathogens'. Is there any research on CS or somewhere anyone can point me to where scientific type experiments of any sort have been performed and shown some kind of result against a control group? I personally think that human testimonial is great.. but often we take a number of things together when we're pursuing the alternative route... so it could be difficult to know what's working. Asking these questions is merely anticipating the kind of questions people might well ask when we talk to them of CS. I had this sense that there are some highly knowledgeable people on this list including some who have done their own tests or know about those that have been done.. As it's not a FDA approved item, I don't expect that kind of research.. we don't have that luxury with these kind of remedies...and anyway the FDA ratifies things that poison us! It's like my neighbors father who was in and out of hospital visits for diarrhoea and then finally got fed up and went home, remembered all his stuff about home remedies, fell out of the allopathic trance, went up in his forest and cut some red oak bark.. took it in water for four days and got rid of something modernmedicine couldn't. Hi folks, I'm Sunny and I'm new to this list. I've been taking colloidal silver bought in Wholefoods, which comes from a company called Genesis Today, for a while, just spraying it into my mouth as I originally got it for my gum problems. Now I'm seeing the potential for a whole lot more... We've been thinking about buying a colloidal silver generator and I've gotten really confused with all the conflicting information around. I'm reading material about how ppm isn't important but particle surface area is, about the difference between ionic silver v real colloidal, how electrolysis isn't the best way to make it [our machine does not use Electrolysis' is the marketing ploy], how you have to use distilled water from a proper distiller rather than buying it in the store in a bottle. How if the instructions tell you you must use a blue or brown bottle then the silver isn't real colloidal. How ionic silver becomes silver chloride and doesn't last in the body. Most of the manufacturers of silver generators have marketing speak that says 'don't believe what other people tell you ' and many of them are offering conflicting data, most of which is so technical that I can't get my head round it. I feel like one of those cartoon characters with lots of question and exclamation marks going round in circles!!! ;-) So, I'm thinking that there are probably people on this list who have are making and have taken homemade CS for various ailments and it has worked. So, if that's you, I'd love to hear about what generator you're using and why you recommend it. Please help deconfuse us... We want to make colloidal silver in bulk to give away to friends and family and also to market through physical groups, meeting people, talking about it.. We don't have healthcare and are on a very limited income so we're passionate about finding the right combination of low cost health solutions that will keep us in wellness...and thinking that this passion will eventually provide an income for us... Currently we use MMS [recommended by the executive director of a VA hospital!] which we can also make at home very cheaply but haven't yet... and colloidal silver as I described above My husband has had problems with his digestive system, ulcers at age 7, diverticulosis, and IBS at times of stress. I have respiratory weakness... I am beginning to see some kind of genetic propensity for specific types of ill-health, and we want to prevent these before they happen. Hey Dan and The Clayton Family, Thank you for responding to my plea and for your kind sharing of information. We've just set up a wellness site [purchased the domain name!] trying to find something with wellness in it. The web world is an interesting metaphor for what's going on today. Some organization or groups of people have bought up virtually every great site name with wellness in it, and used them as directory sites with no passion or caring about wellness at all. I said to my husband it's as if we went into the National Forest and cut ALL the deadwood in our area, and then sold it to people for profit. It reminds me of the whole pharma situation, where big congloms and others have become the arbiters of our healthcare... unless of course Like many of us here on this list, we are determined and dedicated to and passionate about finding alternative healthcare that is right for us. You should consider a unit that makes larger volumes. Distilled Water So, Kathryn, you're saying that you tested a lot of distilled water for your area... that's interesting. Did you buy different brands?I was thinking that if I buy distilled water at Walmart or Ingles that the same brand name would all be consistent. Is there a difference? Do different areas have different types of distilled water under a big brand name? We are up for spending about $200 on a good heavy duty producer of CS. We see it as an investment. And how amazing to be able to give away good samples of a product without having to spend the earth. This allows us as a new business to do what most businesses want to do... make generous gestures and allow people to prove for themselves that things work. Wellness Clubs We're planning to create local wellness clubs, where women get together and discuss, with facilitation, how they can be more healthier at grassroots starting with very basic adjustments. Of course being a women's group we can include all kinds of topics that women love to get together and discuss from weight loss [which is all about vanity and appearance to most, but is really about HEALTH] to remembering and documenting old wives memories and family held homespun cures We live in the South in a rural location where people aren't rich and biscuits and gravy and heavy duty fried chicken are popular local food. This is also however a place where people know how to GROW and it's also a place where the women have control over family food mostly and where people have to prepare their own food] We want to introduce food ideas for slowly adding more raw, healthier, low cost, alternatives and then ease in the idea of supplements and materials that we like and that aren't going to bust the bank. Perhaps even expanding into using group power to purchase organic goods in bulk... who knows.. but it feels right.. I think everyone is seeking wellness and that many many more people are turning to alternative methods, and that 'many more' is increasing exponentially. We are on a financial edge right now, renting and living on savings as we evolve our message and businesses, and for us staying well is paramount. A friend of ours who lives on social security had her widow benefits stopped from GM, no more dental, no more prescriptions, no more nothing..so she's been forced to find alternative ways... like using apple cider vinegar in a glass of water for reflux rather than Prilosec at $20 or using CS instead of paying $100 plus for antiboitics. Antibiotics and Flu! Another thing I've noticed is that loads of people we know are getting antibiotics for flu. Flu is viral, antibiotics don't cure flu do they? I sense and also pray that there are more doctors emerging like my friend at the VA hospital, who are combining allopathic medicine with alternatives that work better in certain cases.
