Production. Well because our QA environment is different than Production, all
this functionality broke when the code was in production even though it tested
ok in QA. So the remedy bug fix was rolled back. H

You are completely correct about that. However, where you think
"completed" should be reached is actually not where it actually ends.
The transaction (or API call if you prefer) is not

'Start Date' would then always be less than the integer converted by the
$DATE$ if it expands to the date time integer thus returning all the
records..

person logs on.

Let me explain the requirement in a more articulate way...
When a user selects a value from the menu on the LOCATION field ( say
ILLINOIS) and a value from the menu on the POSITION field ( say Supervisor)
the table field gets the data pertaining to all supervisors

I thought the NULL thingy was strange too. I didn't notice these
qualifications behave differently on display only forms from regular forms
though.. that's a new one to me. Did you ever raise a support call regarding

issue is that Tomcat *sometimes* ends up eating 100% of 16 cpu's
indefinitely.
The dll is located in the tomcat\bin directory and is tcnative.dll
Removing or renaming the dll fixes the CPU usage issues.

I've been looking into the proper way to modify OOtB emails with ITSM 7.
Specifically, I want to add some additional fields to the emails that
