I tried a computed group - didn't like that.
I have created a filter for each group and that seems to work - but
that is alot of unnecessary work to notify each group.
Any others ideas / suggestions?

I added the support group IDs in the Set Fields to z1D NT Support Group ID.
If I Set just ONE (SGP0090) it works. If I try to set more
then one like this:
SGP0090, SGP0070, SGP0089
I also tried spaces, semi colons, still nothing.

Hi Dee
You need to add all the group IDs in the filter notification ( same place
where you define single group name or ID)
Hope this works ...as I did this long time back :)
Thanks

I wanted to add another field (Change Type) to one of the out of the

The field shows up in the pull down menu in SYS:Notification Messages
- however, when the notification goes out it is just showing as
#Change Type#.
Any ideas

I added a new field to SYS:Form Field Selection so it would show up in
the pull down menu 'email message body' on SYS:Notifcation Messages.
This worked - I now see "Change Request Status" in the pull down
'email message body'.
However, when I select it and save the record the notification goes
out
I created a NEW SYS:Notification Messages for when the Status goes
into Pending for Incident and it works great!
However, I noticed it is slow going out. When I create a NEW Incident
I get the notification within seconds, but my Pending Notification
takes a few minutes.
My email configuration is

Does anyone know if there is any documentation on what Filters are
associated with each record in SYS:Notification Messages?
I see in the odd record in SYS:Notification Messages the name of the
Filter in the Description field, but most are missing.
THANKS
Does anyone know if there is documentation on the Notifications that are
sent out from the SYS:Notification Messages (ITSM 7.0)?
I'm looking for the Filter names for each of these Notifications.
Thank you!
