debug on the first WAN router and the first 3550 while you ping from the
second WAN router.
That way you could spot where the packets are being dropped.

Remember that when you ping from the console the source address will be the
interface where the packet exists. Therefore I suggest you do an extended
ping and specify the source address as the ethernet address. I'm pretty sure

Even if you change the AD(Administarative Distance) of the EIGRP to 1 ,
and you have a static route for the same destination with an AD 1,

I am tryin to use Frame relay switching over IP. Not IP over frame relay. If
we can do that we can connect two sites that are connected over IP from L2
point of view.
