For the 2610-2613, the software download center says 4 MB Flash, 20MB DRAM,
for the 1601R-1605R its 4MB Flash, 8 MB RAM, 1601 - 1604 is 6MB Flash, 4 MB

I am not sure if this will cause the symptoms which you are experiencing but
it will not help. You should turn on port fast. This will stop spanning
tree algorithm being computed every time someone turns on a pc.

I would say yes. All he needs is a policy which could say for example... if
you try to go to microsoft go through 1 ISP and any other site through the
