Do you really mean 7i37? Or maybe 7i43?
First off I have no idea if the SIIG board

Once the link works the rest should be easy.
Note: I've used 5i20/7i33 combo's.
Thanks in advance

setups can last a very long time. But they aren't super

A couple of the machines used shot pins to get precise final position.

It was awkward.
You needed a $$ license to run the software.
This was years ago, but the Fanuc tech guy was charging way over $200/hr

What about using a common KB Electronics DC drive?
Woot.com (Amazon discount site) is selling one for $89. I think they
can commonly be found on Ebay as well.

Hi Nicklas,
A bit off the wall but maybe bend unhardened then flame harden with a

Speed in bending may have an effect on spring back.

I just stuck it in a new thread on the forum. I was surprised that
.odt files are not allowed but .doc files are.

Hey guys
just a few thoughts here.
I have a high speed cnc machining center (cnc mill)
it has 16mm pitch ballscrews and weighs 6ton
linuxcnc is awesome and does a great job controlling it. I make plastic
injection molds and lots of 3d
ool path generation all in one.
