Google docs is very different from ulteo as I wrote earlier as a reply
to narendra as well. Ulteo gives you a VNC/Remote desktop like access
to a linux desktop (KDE environs), with native/unchanged access to
full-featured open source apps like open office, firefox, kopete, etc

BTW, Canonical/Ubuntu started a new upstream report today (though I
don't know how much to read into this as of now):
I'd say that the 'Canonical' aspect of Greg's talk has over shadowed a
much more pertinent take-away from it - that contributions to the
upstream is a pretty good way to get things done (or, control destiny).

If he was there at the Unconf being organised at IIT, he could have
collected it as Gora ji

subsystems in the Linux kernel mentioning Canonical contribution to be 100
patches viz a viz 230 by Mandriva and only 270 by Gentoo. Remember Ubuntu is
quite young compared to Mandriva, Gentoo.
